Michael (owner) texted me at 8PM his time to set up a last minute deep clean of a rental property we have within the same week. It had been several years since anyone had properly cleaned it. It looked like a different home. We cannot describe how hard they worked (on the hottest day of the year so far, with no A/C). Not only did they help us with that in June, but at our other rental property in July they did an amazing job helping us get ready for new tenants. Michael was just as easy to work with (and again, was very available even with one week notice) and Mary was there leading the charge on the deep clean. If hyper-local, family owned, good people, and dependable is what you are looking for--then you do not need to look anywhere else. As a note, we live full time in California and can always count on Mary's Cleaning!!!

I didn't think it was possible to remove the dirt and mysterious grime on the carpets, and resigned myself to replacing them. I contacted Bonnie at Advanced Systems Carpet Cleaning because of their wonderful reviews and I can say it was absolutely the right choice. I was scheduled immediately and Bonnie and her son literally performed magic, doing a deep cleaning of the damaged areas. I was stunned that they were able to get our carpets back to pristine, beautiful condition. Bonnie is super responsive, easy to work with, fairly priced and a perfectionist about her work. I am ecstatic over the results. Later had them do a clean, color and protectant seal of all of our 1st floor tile. The results were gorgeous and beyond my expectations. No more babying the tile or wasting time doing backbreaking grout scrubbing. Best decision ever. I am looking forward to having Bonnie and her team do the rest of our floors.
