Next day he came to look at the job in person. Randy gave me a very fair quote and we set it up to do the next day. Next day, he was on time and got right to work. He does everything himself and works hard. Again , the job came out great. I would highly recommend Randy!

We have taken rugs to Triple S in Norwalk for cleaning the past few years and always been very happy with their services and prices. Now we can say the same for in home cleaning. Rafael and Gerry impressed us with their knowledge, expertise, pride and work ethic. Absolutely first rate. Stains in our stone bathroom floors and sevaral furniture stains have disappeared. They were both exceptionally diligent and meticulous in how they handled the furniture. We can not rave enought about this team. Prices for a day and half of major work were quite reasonable compared to two other services we had priced out. Our thanks and great respect to Kevin, Rafael and Gerry. Bravo. Great service Triple S.

Decided to pay in advance in case someone else was picking them up for me. 2 working days later, call came to say they were ready and no additional charge. Picked them up. They looked great. No sign of ink. Back on sofa with cat. Great job. Wonderful helpful man at desk. Will certainly go back if I ever need to.

But there was a problem from the beginning! The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. This company presented a professional approach to me, I booked the same day, Adam did the estimate. I got a discount too for a same day booking. I canceled my next estimate. Verry Happy, Andy Rutter
