Super bummed about this one…read more Friendly guys--installed a 2nd story, stacked washing machine for us. I know it was an awkward, heavy job, and the layout of our house wasn't making anything easier. However, the company left large scratches in our wood floor finish. There wasn't any protection uses when pulling the old stacked unit out for replacement. They suggested we could buff the scratches out. This is not accurate... the finish is scraped off. If we buff it out, we'll just lose more finish. The big issue comes next. We ran the washing machine, since we had a lot of laundry piled up. When the cycle drained, the water started pouring out of our living room ceiling--the drain hose hadn't been connected properly or got disconnected during the install. Lastly, we had a Flood Stop mechanism attached to our old washer to prevent this exact issue from happening. During the install, one of the wires to the old Flood Stop was broken, rendering it useless. (A new Flood Stop is $286 on Amazon, for reference). The company hasn't been very interested in helping us out. We're really frustrated and hope that they can work with us to make this situation whole again. We need to repaint parts of the living room that had the paint balloon up with water, hope the water that came under the floor and out the ceiling doesn't lead to any long term issues, and replace our Flood Stop. They did one area rug and stairs and stated the were leaving. I stated they did not do the other rug. The rug cleaning man raised his voice in a hostile manger and told me I didn't tell him about the other rug. He said it would be 10.00 dollar's more which would have been fine with me. Unfortunately his anger and rudeness scared me so much I just wanted him to get out of my home. I would not recommend them at all

(Busy women). They were very accommodating finding a time that worked best for me as well as them. They arrived promptly at an agreed upon time, , took a look around and got right to work. I recently moved out of a one bedroom apartment and needed a move-out cleaning. OMG, I did not know…read morehow hard it was to secure honest cleaning help! I must have called 5-6 companies through Yelp that either gave me the run around, gave me ridiculously high prices, or were not available. In fairness, I acknowledge I did not realize that move-out cleanings are like securing a moving company. You need to book in advance! Well, I did not know and was desperate in finding some help because my deadline of turning in my apartment keys was within three days. I called Clean It Up SIs and left a message. Within 30 minutes, Jody called me back. She asked questions about the size of the apartment and what I needed done. In addition, she was open to jumping on a video call so I could show her the apartment, its layout and size. Based on visually information, she was able to give me a fair estimate. After agreeing on everything, I received a text securing my appointment with the company. The day of service, she communicated with me on her estimate time of arrival. The appliances were cleaned, cabinets cleaned, kitchen counters, bathroom was cleaned, and wall-to-wall carpet was vacuumed. I am so grateful for Jody and finding Clean It Up Sis. I would highly recommend. Jody is kind and professional. For me, Jody came to the rescue and reduced a stressful situation. Everything got done thanks to Jody.
