I have since reached out to Brandon, the owner of the company, by text message, left a voicemail on a couple occasions, and wrote through the website asking to address it with photographic evidence. It's been over a week and a half, and he is clearly ignoring me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB next and will continue to leave reviews until this company repairs the damage they caused. The sad part is that I thought the movers overall worked hard and did a good job in other respects. I realize that the damage came from being tired at the end of a long day, but the fact is that your movers caused it, and part of what I paid for in working with you is an insured company that would cover any damage to the premises.

They got most things in the pod in less than 90 minutes, then the 2 helper guys just stood around while my husband and Paul did the rest. They used their pickup to ferry the boxes from the house to the pod, which really sped things up, but then the 2 helper guys covered the back of the truck and acted weird and frankly kind of menacing. Paul charged me an extra 100 dollars for using the truck even though they'd spent half the time loading because of it. They didn't really finish the job, but they were so intimidating that I paid it - $525 for about 95 minutes work. And I have spent a year looking for one box of religious artifacts that were supposed to be loaded on that pod - I can only assume that the two guys had shoved a box into the truck bed and were guarding it towards the end. I hope they enjoyed the relics of my dead nephew, which I would very much like to have back, and my meditation supplies. Perhaps they needed those things more than I did. On the day of my move (Labor Day), I received a text message saying their ETA. It was about 30 minutes after the original scheduled time but I appreciated the text with the update! The two gentlemen who came by to help with the move are fast and super efficient. They seriously know how to pack. I was worried we wouldn't fit our things in a 16' POD, but they managed to fit 85% of our stuff in about half of the POD. They are efficient and pleasant and good at their jobs.
