Before scheduling, I sent photos of the items to be donated and specifically confirmed with a representative that they were located on the third floor. When Orlando arrived, he told me the cost would be double the original quoted price. It appeared that he had not reviewed the information or photos that had already been provided through the third party. I explained that I had already disclosed the location of the items and had confirmed everything in advance. He told me he would be right back, went downstairs, and instead canceled the order without saying anything to me. If he was unwilling or unable to complete the job, a simple conversation would have allowed me to contact the third-party company and find another solution. Afterward, I called him several times to understand what had happened, but my calls were ignored and my number was ultimately blocked. That level of communication was extremely unprofessional and left me without any explanation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Orlando or his company.
