Toney came out and cleared my front door with in an hr ! and gave me a quote to Finish the job. His pricing was in the past and is now very good. Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! When I tried to find out what they applied the representative refused to disclose everything. I asked repeatedly but she would not give me the name, so I had to have CT DEEP call them for the information. They scolded me on their Facebook page for reviewing them there. Unsure if I'm blocked, I cannot see the page now. I was not a big fan before, as they are a very "old school " garden center. They carry natives, but they're cultivars ( native enthusiasts will understand why that isn't great) and they still sell invasives like Chinese privet, But after the treatment I got regarding this pesticide situation , I would not recommend them. It speaks volumes.
