Based on my research and many questions servicing your lawn organically is very difficult and NE Hort confirmed this rather than setting the wrong expectations. Once the renovation kicked off there has been multiple follow up from my Account Manager. Everyone I've dealt with over the phone and in-person have been personable and knowledgeable. Bonus: I referred them to a friend who had tree issues and he was more than happy with his experience with removal and stump grinding.
