PJ was quick to come out, give a fair quote, and complete the work on the property. Great experience all around!

Pablo and his crew did a great job with my gigantic tree in a small yard. Before the day arrived, Pablo checked in with me several times. I had several fences and a tree that were in the way. It took two days to get the tree down and the trunks hauled away. It was tricky working around my garage. They arrived on time and were very professional. read more

PJ's Landscaping removed a very large tree from our yard. The entire crew was extremely professional. The tree came down without incident and they cleaned everything up very well. They even came back and put topsoil and seeded our grass where their equipment took up some of the grass. They came on time and left everything clean when they finished the job. They have provided other landscaping services to us in the past and everything was done professionally and properly. I highly recommend PJ and his entire crew for any of your landscaping needs. read more

Here somethings you should know about Pablo from PJ'S landscaping and design, Proceed with Caution with PJ'S, First he all nice looking at a job project i am setting up for a family member while getting better from knee surgery. This job has 2 sink holes and remove of some large garden areas and remove alot of small tree stump and to reseed area,As a person in the business i ask alot of Questions,Which all homeowners should !..I got a quote on 2/26/2024 i called pablo and ask him why there was no top soil and how much grass seed he would need for job since grass seed was $300,He told me could use the soil from graden area but got very upset about the grass seed amount,Well on 3-19 -2024 I call and ask for pablo to come back to change the quote because of 2 med bushes also to be removed,First thing he said my first quote is good for 20 day only, which there nothing in there quote saying this and now that there busy price is going up,I told him to do what he has to,And then he gos on and on about how much seed is used on the job,I told him i can get the same seed at the same place for 1/3 of the price and want to save my family some money,So as of this write i have not gotten any quote from pablo,Contractor like this who dont like customer asking question should not be in business,And not putting the quote together complete hurt both the company and the customer. And Pablo thinking that the customer (Me) doesnt know alot about this type of work and i'm just a dyi type of guy is a real mistake,,So the only reason there 1 star is jennifer who answers the phone is so nice !!!!! read more

We just finished up a 6 week, extensive masonry project with Pablo and his team. We highly recommend PJ's landscaping! This project exceeded our expectations in every way and we could not be any happier with the end result! Pablo is professional, knowledgeable, trust worthy, and an all around super nice guy. I thought he went above what he promised us and his love for doing the job right was apparent. He was onsite daily and answered the phone every time I called. Our project was to rebuild 40-50 linear feet about 5-6 feet high of a structural stone retaining wall attached to our house and bordering our driveway. Also included was rebuilding smaller stone retaining walls around our bottom set of front steps. Pablo's expertise, knowledge of code, design eye and the professionalism of his entire team sold us on a project we were reluctant to undertake due to scale and cost. Ysidro, the mason, is a true artist and master craftsman. It was a joy to see the progress of Ysidro's work. He was so easy to work with, respected my questions or concerns, and was always happy and smiling. The communication between Pablo, Ysidro and myself was open, easy and immediate. We did not have use of our driveway during these 6 weeks, but it was hardly an inconvenience. Ysidro kept our driveway safe, clean, and was always neat. I completely trusted Ysidro's talent and skill and I feel like we hit the jackpot that he was our mason. He also saved a 20 foot high arborvitae that was an anchor in our foundation landscaping that every other company said would need to be removed. Pablo's office is efficient and excellent in communication. Karen in the office was easy to work with, timely and always very responsive to our calls and emails. The project was explained in a very detailed manner and we knew exactly what to expect, cost, and timelines. Our project was completed in the estimated time, started on time and cost never changed. Our project became quite the neighborhood topic of conversation. Everyone would stop and want to talk about it and compliment the work. Our new stone wall, and refinished steps have added tremendous charm and appeal to our outdoor design. We are over the moon happy with how the project turned out and we are now revisiting how to landscape in order to best show off our new masonry. We will use PJ's landscaping for all of our needs going forward. I found Pj's on Yelp while looking for a tree removal company and because of his great reviews, and how professional and nice he was, we also spoke about our wall. Pablo and his team live up to all of those great reviews. We waited over a year, passed over multiple companies to do this work, and when we thought we were hitting rock bottom with this project, we met Pablo and it was meant to be! What could have been a torturous, disruptive and dirty job that we felt we had no control over was really a very pleasant, joyous experience as we watched this stone artist completely transform a huge part of our front design. Thank you Pablo and Ysidro! read more

We just had major landscaping done around our house by PJ's and we couldn't be happier. Older, larger shrubs that were original to our 60's ranch home were moved to the perimeter of the yard to make room for new, smaller plants around the house. Every plant was moved with care and precision. The new plants were also placed very carefully with an expert eye by Pedro and his crew for perfect composition. We are so happy with our new plantings and highly recommend PJ's for your landscaping needs. read more

I've used PJs for Snow Removal services for many years and after having tried multiple other service providers, stuck with him year after year. Despite some of the biggest snows we see here in CT PJs reliability, and the thoroughness of the team in clearing the driveway, deck, steps and even cars is unflappable. More importantly, my wife and I leave very early for our jobs (I'm usually out of the house by 5:30a) and the team ensures that all is good to go, even under the heaviest snowfall. Have never tried them for the landscaping, though I often wish I had! I just know they would have brought the same professionalism to that as well. I align with others who say, stop the search, trust the Yelp community on this one, and give them a call. read more

Our yard looks amazing! PJ's Landscape and Design has transformed it to look like its from a magazine. We've had them do fall and spring clean ups as well as grading our lawn and planting new grass. The work is done professionally, beautifully and quickly. We've tried several local landscapers over the years, and Pablo's the best - and we are very particular! We plan to continue to use him for future projects. He's honest, fair and dependable! read more

I have used PJ's twice now and both times they were exceptional!! If you need any sort of landscaping done, stop reading this and call them right now; you won't regret it. First time: Spring clean up & leaf removal. I have had leaves removed before from another service and they did okay. But PJ's crew exceeded expectations. They got behind bushes, in between plants and everywhere else. I was extremely happy with the end results and vowed to use them again and I did... Second time: trimming & pruning. First time home owner with an expert level backyard aka things got out of control and I needed help. PJ's crew came out to review the current situation, made a plan, provided a quote and then executed that plan flawlessly. I am extremely happy with the results. The folks I worked with were Pablo, Peter and Eduardo. These guys are the best. They work hard, they listen to feedback, patient with my lack of plant knowledge aka willing to explain what they are doing and why. Basically, these guys provided superb customer experience. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all landscaping needs. I even asked for a few extra business cards to share with my friends. I look forward to working with them again soon. read more

Pablo and his team are fantastic. My grass has never looked better! Pablo returns phone calls immediately and seems to be always on call! PROFESSIONAL RELIABLE KNOWLEDGEABLE RECOMMENDABLE Thanks Pablo read more

They are awesome! I bought a house here in Milford about six months ago and the yard is a big mess. There were some dangerously tilting trees that I wanted to get rid of. Pablo and his team came by and looked at everything, gave us some ideas on what to do, and gave a very fair quote. So far they have cut down the trees, are removing the stumps, and left us some firewood. They are very professional and work hard and fast. Our next step is to get some drainage to the yard because it's uneven, and I'm definitely using PJ to complete that along with planting some new grass later in the year and really making my property shine. You can't go wrong with them! read more

They don't call back period. Why he in business if you don't intend to respond to inquiries from potential customers.

Pablo and his crew always do such a great job on our yard. Pablo is always respectful of our budget, and is quick to respond to emergencies or any questions we might have along the way. We've been using them for years for jobs both big and small, and am very impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, and skills. read more

Pablo and his team are great. They are responsive, reasonable, and do great work. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Really like the work PJs Landscape does. They mow my lawn weekly. Have done spring clean up. Also core aeration. I have even had them do some excavator work. They are timely and true to their estimates. Great people as well. read more

Pablo is a very professional man who does WHATEVER it takes to accomplish the job at hand. we had a huge drainage issue with the home we just bought.Pablo came out and examined the area and came up with a comprehensive plan to help us. The crews did a great job. Very neat, worked hard and accomplished the goal( to redirect the waters from the gutters and hilly land we have and stop the erosion during the frigid days of March--quite of feat to dig that deep with land that was frozen) IN addition, we had 4" of rain in early April. The rains washed away some top soil. Pablo came back out and fixed that mess for us. he did not even charge extra and he could have. WE would NOT hesitate to send work his way. We wish every company we hire had his integrity and work ethics as well as honesty and decency THanks Pablo( and the guys) for a job very well done read more

PJ's Landscape company is our go-to group for home maintenance concerns; Pablo has helped us with drainage issues, water issues, to say nothing of our seasonal lawn care, snow removal and misc issues that manage to crop up all year long. He and his crew are extremely capable, pleasant and thoroughly reliable, which is why we return to them every year as we have for the past 8 years.. Sandra K. read more

We own a home in Westport that is on a large lot - I was easily overwhelmed with all of the quick growth and how large the yard is to cut. I called PJ's landscaping as well as 5 other landscaping professionals. Not only did he know his turf management he provides turn key service for spring clean up and summer trimming. Our yard looks so nice after the cleanup sessions. He works hard to make sure you are satisfied. PJ's Landscaping is also prompt when emailing or texting back. One last note of praise is that he will work with your schedule if you need the lawn touched up before a backyard event. I have been using him since the spring and I just let him know today that I would like to keep him on a permanent basis. I promise you will not be disappointed! read more

PJ and Crew are always professional and friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable and creative. The end result is always exceptional.

PJ and his staff did a fantastic job with my residential landscaping project. On his initial consultation, he was punctual and very professional. His estimate presentation was detailed to the type of shrub/ flower/ tree that would be installed with the pricing. He is willing to flow with your budget and with any ideas on how you would like your property to look. Very much appreciated! He and his staff were punctual, polite, and professional. I like that he is very hands on with the project and communicates throughout the process until the project is completed. I will be hiring he and his staff for upcoming landscaping projects. I am very happy with my yard. read more

PJ'S Landscaping are terrific! Fairly priced, polite, knowledgable, hardworking and reliable!! Pablo and his team totally converted by front and rear and side yards after years of neglect! Hard pruning overgrown shrubs, trees, plants, reinstalling new shrubs, edging gardens, cutting up fallen trees.. they are FABULOUS! I will be putting my home on the market in the Spring and wanted the new plants in right away and he understood and squeezed me into his schedule before the rains came! I so appreciated this and his wonderful work ethic! I will be recommending PJs to all of my clients and my associates. His work really gave my landscape a much needed facelift! read more

Thanks so much to Pablo and his team for really cleaning up some truly messy situations on our property. We were on a tight deadline since we're throwing an outdoor party later this summer, and we had over half an acre of property that badly needed some TLC. Pablo and his team worked to get the job done ASAP and got the job done neatly and beautifully. The crew handled rock removal, some SERIOUS weed removal, tree debris removal, and planted and made sure we were all set with everything we needed to grow new grass in some of our property's "bald" spots. They even showed up early on a Saturday to complete the job and make sure we were all set before a lot of rain kicked in. It's about 3 weeks later and new grass is already coming in and looking good. The team really worked within our budget and was also very honest with us. read more

Pablo and his entire team are wonderful. After moving to Fairfield, we were looking to do some landscaping work and found PJ's Landscape and Design online. We initially hired them for snow removal service, but they did such a great job that we also hired them for various outdoor projects. The first one we took on was lining the entire perimeter of our (very large) driveway with jumbo Belgium block, a new stone retaining wall, and metal edging around our garden beds and pathways. Not only was the job done quickly (about three weeks), but it was done perfectly. Attention to detail is what sets PJ's Landscape apart. Pablo was on site at least once a day, providing oversight and making sure things were running smoothly. Only a few months later and we've hired them again for another project. Highly recommend. read more

Hands down one of the best landscaping companies around! You will NOT be disappointed. PJ came out immediately for a free estimate and was able to identify and name every shrub, bush, plant, etc and make suggestions for what to keep and what to get rid of. He was extremely polite, punctual, and always answers his phone. He comes WITH his crew and guides them through the day and makes sure it comes out beautiful. He even called after it was finished to make sure we were happy. His crew worked hard for 10 hours and made our yard look absolutely beautiful in ONE day. If I could give them 10 stars I would! read more

I can't praise PJ's highly enough. Pablo was a pleasure to work with. I wanted most of my overgrown shrubs removed and low-maintenance flowering shrubs planted in their place. Pablo responded to my email inquiry immediately, and came promptly for a free estimate. He was so knowledgeable about the plants I had, and he had excellent suggestions on what to replace them with. I was appreciative that he was willing to work within my budget. When the plants arrived, he and his team were available to do the work within a couple of days, and they did an excellent planting job. Without hesitation, I highly recommend PJ's to anyone looking for a top-notch landscaper and designer. read more

Extremely positive experience with Pablo and his team! I had a big job which included several sections of garden beds around the house that needed serious help. Pablo came across as very knowledgeable of different plants, shrubs and trees which made it really easy for him to identify what we already had, present a plan of what we could do, and even how to care for the landscaping once installed. He and his team sourced some really nice plants and installed them meticulously. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that he and his team performed. They all put in every effort to make sure that the job was done right and that I was happy with the result - which I am. I will definitely be contacting them again for more work in the future. read more
