Jason and his brother were on site leading everyone to ensure the job got done quickly, without shortcuts and without any debris left behind. It was a bit tricky as there was an old fence 5 yards from the tree and I have multiple dogs so if the fence broke (which i expected) I needed it to be fixed. Somehow they removed the huge tree and did NOT break the fence! They were also neat, thorough and put in the drain pipe in better shape than it was before! The result was an open, neater landscape with a lot more sunshine and space for the long unused vegetable garden. He arrived when he said he would to review the work. As we walked around the property he listened to what I wanted, made very good suggestions for things I had not considered and gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew the subject matter. He and his team arrived precisely on time the day of the removal. They trimmed, cut and wood chipped all the trees in a very orderly fashion which made me feel the job was always under control. Took months to get the job done, left my lawn completely torn up, and when…read morethey said "we'll cut up the wood for you to use as firewood", they meant "we'll leave many gigantic cross sections of tree trunk on your driveway that you'll need to get a log splitter for." I'm spending tons of extra money after the fact repairing my lawn and getting additional equipment to cut up wood, not to mention spending hours upon hours doing all of this. All because this guy offered a "deal" to work for cash. I should have know it would be left like this. When I first called him after a large portion of tree fell from a storm, he told me he would be here in a matter of days. 1 week and three phone calls later, he rings my doorbell, saying he drives by my house every day and that he has a tree service if I am interested in his services to clean it up and take down the remainder of the tree. Guy can't even keep his clients straight!

I ordered two cords from him and he was able to fulfill the order within a week (mostly because of my schedule). I have a rather large three car garage and the stacked wood took up an entire side of my garage and then some. I ended up building a rack outside for the overflow. He also made sure that he brought enough pallets for me as I didn't have an existing wood pile or rack. I should have enough wood for the winter, if not, I'm definitely calling Bill again.
