Scheduling was easy and quick, and communication throughout was excellent. They even sent a crew ahead of time to clear the snow around the trees at no charge -- such a thoughtful and professional touch. As promised, I received a call the day before to confirm the arrival time. The team -- Jeremías, Marlon, and Ariel -- arrived right on time. They reviewed the work order with me before starting and left a copy once the job was completed. They were professional, friendly, and got to work right away. They were careful with the property, cleaned up all branches thoroughly, and did an outstanding job. The trees look great!
