Mount Carmel tree dropped the ball when it came to removing a massive oak tree for my neighbor and I. They came in, set up all their equipment one day, next day they pulled everything out and left without even calling to let us know he wasn't doing the job anymore. Paulo came in and took the whole tree down in a day and finished up the trunk the second day. Couldn't ask for a better company to of done the work.
