Then hung up like a child...... We hired this company for a simple septic pump. They quoted a flat fee of $650. Made no mention of any other charges. When the man came to collect payment, he demanded only cash and asked for $750. When I mentioned I was quoted $650 " he said yeah, my wife doesn't know anything". He explained there are other charges that Come along with digging, and mixing, and other things that they may/will do. I mentioned very respectfully that its fine but noted it would be beneficial if in the future to explain these detail to clearly set expectations. My wife then receives a rude call from receptionist/his wife, calling us liars, raising her voice, being extremely unprofessional and then hanging up the phone on my wife. I would never recommend this family to do any business not because of ability, but because of the rude and disrespectful nature of this, "wife"/receptionist.

When I first reached to Denisi Tree, the owner returned my call the same day and came out to give us an estimate that same week. The price we were given for the tree removal and stump grinding was very fair, and less than what we had been quoted by another company. We were happy to hear that he could fit us in for the work quickly as well! The work was done on time, as promised, and the tree was removed with no issues. We were very happy with their service! We will be using Denisi tree from now on in the future! I also might add...we have two very large trees in our backyard, one of which is now starting to grow a sideways to get around the branches of the other. We were told last year by our previous tree company that the tree starting to grow sideways could not be trimmed up, but rather needed to be removed entirely. I was not a big fan of this idea because, personally,I think chopping down trees for no reason is not good for the environment, and the two trees look pretty (especially for a hammock), AND they wanted to charge us a $1800 for doing so. When I ask Bob Denisi about the "sideways" tree when he came out for our estimate, he did NOT try to sell us on removing the tree. IN FACT, he talked me into just leaving the tree alone and said we didn't even really need to trim it up right now. He explained that the two trees are actually growing together as a unit now, and trimming one too much could affect the other tree... "Wait, you're not trying to convince me to spend more money and sell me something I don't need?!" We really appreciated that!
