"whichever is higher," so $104.00 for paying my storage 17 days late. Wow. Then the real kicker: The storage went up $67.00 per month to $520.00. (They actually have the audacity to state 35% discount on the bill) I called the store manager and advised of the multitude of people all over the internet complaining about these business practices. Ken at the Branford location is a hospitable as they come. The second stage of my Lock up experience was the step down from a complete house...a 7"X10"x9" unit that held all the little leftover bits and pieces. Again a beautiful indoor facility air conditioned, carpeted - good lighting - 14 hour access. I can whole heartedly recommend the Lock-up on North Main in Branford, CT prices are very competitive, direct billing is easy and the customer support is really comforting in times of stress. They want to charge me $265 to "transport" my items from their warehouse in West Haven... onto the loading dock of their warehouse in West Haven.
