It is freezing cold in the winter and sweating hot in the summer inside, especially on the second floor. I have found it warmer outside than it is on the inside during the winter. Its more humid inside than outside during the summer, and naturally in the summer the smell gets worse. There is no climate control. If it rains the parking lot is unusable unless you have a canoe. In the winter time bring ice skates. The elevator is a disaster, it is constantly broken down. The staff are kinda of rude and creepy. This whole place should be condemned. So if you don't want to keep things of value than this is the place for you.

This place really sets the bar high for me as far as laundromats go. The customer service is great…read more I walk in there like I have no clue what to do, which I didn't, and the worker there happily helped me out. Showed me where to get a card and put money on it, showed me which machine to use by how much clothes I had. I used the 3 load machine which was 5.25. Detergent is free with your wash (if you happen to not have your own) and so is your drying. The wash takes no more than 25 minutes and the drying is 25 minutes as well. 25 minutes might not feel like enough time to dry clothes but it definitely does, so don't pay for extra dry time unless it's necessary. This is place is bright, clean, and well maintained. I tell everyone that goes to a laundromat to come here. And I will definitely be back for all my laundry needs.

We are very pleased with our experience with Hacienda Storage In Milford, Connecticut…read more When we moved from Milford to Vermont in 2020 it was necessary for us to leave behind some furniture and household goods, so we decided to use Hacienda for storage. The building and units are bright and clean and very well-lighted. The cost of units was reasonable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Especially helpful was Joanne Zarnoch, who gave us great info and guided us in the process of moving goods from storage. Three and a half years from moving in, it was time for moving out. All our goods were in excellent condition, as though time had stood still! We would highly recommend this facility. Vincent and Elizabeth
