I've always seen it in passing I decided to check their rates plus it was a better location. I immediately felt safe, you have to put your code in multiple times the sense of security is so much better compared to the last place. There is good lighting, they have elevators, it's clean. The staff was nice Yamelis had great customer service she told me all of the important information and answered all of my questions. She was great! I would definitely recommend! This place is SO CLEAN! We chose a 10x20 climate-controlled unit and are very pleased so far. Everything is very secure and it doesn't feel like walking into a horror movie. Ha ha. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating, and when we had some minor drama with the movers, they assured me that everything we were promised from them would go as planned...and it did. They genuinely cared about our situation and we appreciate it very much. Every time we walk into the office, we are greeted with a smile. We highly recommend this location.
