As you can imagine, moving across the country with 3 little kids is already stressful as it is, but they made the moving part much easier on us. I worked with Geraldine for the initial virtual walkthrough to get an estimate of the costs. She was amazing. They have a local moving company in San Diego that they work with. On moving day, the movers came and picked up our stuff and put them into 4 wooded crate containers. We opted for the crate containers because we needed to put our stuff in storage while we shopped for a house in CT. They drove our stuff out to Newtown, CT where they put our items in storage. From the on, I worked with Kyla on billing and let her know when we were ready to have our items delivered to the new house (about 2-3 months later). We paid for a portion of the bill upon pickup of our items and then the remainder upon delivery. We also paid a monthly fee for few months of storage. The overall communication with the company has excellent. The movers on both sides were great. Roberto, our lead delivery person (2 guys) that delivered our items were great as well. They were quick and asked to make sure where things should go. Absolutely recommend for local and long distance moves! They made it much easier to move cross country!

I ended up needing a storage unit at the end because the storage unit I rented (from a competitor) was a whole scam and was demolished. So Tyrell & Myra saved me again. The truck and storage unit were just what I needed. Truck return was easy. The facility is spotless and feels open thanks to the windows around the perimeter. The bathroom is huge and spotless (first time I've ever seen a clean U-Haul bathroom). Tyrell & Myra were handling calls, doing their duties and working the counter.
