I've always seen it in passing I decided to check their rates plus it was a better location. I immediately felt safe, you have to put your code in multiple times the sense of security is so much better compared to the last place. There is good lighting, they have elevators, it's clean. The staff was nice Yamelis had great customer service she told me all of the important information and answered all of my questions. She was great! I would definitely recommend! It's such a difference coming here and I'm so happy I switched over.

Most of the places up by us in the Woodbury-Waterbury area looked sketchy, were in possible flood zones, or were dirty...so we went south, back to our old neighborhood, to check out CubeSmart in Shelton...which we had passed by for many years. This place is SO CLEAN! We chose a 10x20 climate-controlled unit and are very pleased so far. Everything is very secure and it doesn't feel like walking into a horror movie. Ha ha. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating, and when we had some minor drama with the movers, they assured me that everything we were promised from them would go as planned...and it did. They genuinely cared about our situation and we appreciate it very much. Every time we walk into the office, we are greeted with a smile. We highly recommend this location.

I rented a truck to move my goddaughter into storage since she's on college break. I ended up needing a storage unit at the end because the storage unit I rented (from a competitor) was a whole scam and was demolished. So Tyrell & Myra saved me again. The truck and storage unit were just what I needed. Truck return was easy. The facility is spotless and feels open thanks to the windows around the perimeter. The bathroom is huge and spotless (first time I've ever seen a clean U-Haul bathroom). Tyrell & Myra were handling calls, doing their duties and working the counter.
