When I scoffed at the fact that they were giving me such short notice, the woman also said that she had been "trying to reach me for days" and left "multiple voicemails". This was impossible, as I received no such messages. They did resolve the problem, and we were on our way. After a long 14 hours of moving, and $72 worth of diesel gas, we receive a call that we are going to be charged a $30 fill up fee on our credit card because the needle was just below empty. I filled the tank myself, and it is IMPOSSIBLE that the tank was not full. The only explanation would be a faulty gas gage to gouge customers of a few extra bucks. To add insult to injury, the man asked me if I "understood how a gas gage works" presumably because I am a woman. I know moving isn't fun-but this was an absolutely horrid experience. Save yourself a little stress and look elsewhere.
