I have been with RWS for 13 years! They are consistently an A1 company. There is a nice receptionist if you need to call them (no robot). They work with you, I had to call because I forgot to put my garbage out and I heard their truck in the neighborhood. It it was no problem they came by for my pickup. Another time I thought by bank was doing automatic payments but they were not and RWS never bugged be about owing them money. I thought that was very impressive, I was embarrassed and paid them right away! They offer a great informative website with their holiday schedule, recycling schedule, and recycling reminders of what you can and cannot recycle. They also have dumpsters available. And every 4th Friday they deliver free pizza!!!!! Ha ha just kidding. Needless to say they are great and I will stick with them. read more

I can't recommend this company enough! They hit all the feels with their service, kindness, prompt timing, alerts, and they helped me in times when I was in a rough spot. Everyone I have encountered has been a blessing and I even met the owners and they are such a beautiful family. I moved and they really helped me out last minute getting rid of some furniture as well. If you live in Connecticut, RWS is the only waste company I would use! Top notch! I have had nothing but positive experiences from RWS over the past 30 years. They are always on time for the weekly pickups and just recently when I was trying to solve a problem with a shed I had purchased to store the trash and recycling containers, and the existing containers that I had were barely fitting the shed dimensions, I called them to ask for advice, and they actually sent one of the crew out to my home to ensure I was using the proper sized trash and recycling containers. They certainly didn't have to do that, but I am glad they did, and everything worked out just fine with the help of RWS. read more

Cannot tell you what a great refuse company this is! Have used their service for 20 years. They come on time, pricing is fair, customer service always friendly and at the ready to solve any issue ie: missed putting our trash out in time for pick up one day, as my husband was in the hospital . 10 year resident of Monroe and have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with RWS. - Alerted every holiday about change in pickup. - Area around my driveway is always clear of trash, even when the night it gets put out is extremely rainy or windy; meaning they clean the area after the can has been dumped into the truck. That's customer care right there. - I've rented a dumpster from them - silently dropped off (on time), silently picked up (on time). - Not sure I could be any happier! read more

There can be no better Service for Waste removal‼ They are Always polite , and immediately resolve an issue. ghe pick up twice if you need to fill your garbage can Again. I have had Residential Waste pick up my garbage for years. They are very reliable and their prices are fair.. They will send reminders via email when they are going to change a pick up date because of a holiday or bad weather. I have never had an issue with them.
