They will only process 1 material at a time. And 2. Your glass bottles must be in a box. I stood at my trunk in the parking lot separating my cans from plastic bottles. And I just gave the two glass bottles I had to someone else because I didn't have a box for them. Its located in the back of the building in the former planet fitness location. The staff is nice and they have multiple ppl running the machines. It really is so quick and easy(EZ) that it takes the tedious out of bottle return. Only place I'm going from now on!
