As you can read from the numerous 5-star reviews, you can book with confidence that Luis will go…read moreout of his way to make sure your moving experience is as stress-free as it can possibly be. We have moved six times in the past 10 years, and none of the moving companies can match the direct and hand-on service that Luis provides. A big part of the Yelp community is supporting small business owners and praising the ones that do you right. Luis exceeded expectations and provided superior customer service from beginning to end. His customer focus mentality shined with every interaction with him. It's very clear that he is passionate about his job and business, and Luis made us feel like our satisfaction was his #1 priority throughout the entire process. He's the one who came for my in-home estimate, the one who I had all my interactions with, and was present and actively helped pack and move our 3BR house's worth of stuff. We texted numerous times leading up to the move and his attitude was always centered around making sure we were at ease and satisfied with the level of service he provided. He set a flat price for the job and there were no tricks or games played to try and get us to pay more, like many other movers try to pull. A true honest, hard-working professional! Not only did Luis give us a great price on the full house move, but when I reached out to see if I could add on packing services less than a week before our scheduled move date, Luis worked with me and also gave me a solid price. His team of 5 packers/movers arrived on time, and worked tirelessly and efficiently. Not a single glass was broken! I was nervous having someone pack all our belongings based on friends' horror stories, but Luis and his team did a fantastic job. They put together all our furniture they took apart (two beds and a crib) and the total time to unload into our 4BR house was under 3 hours. He even told us to reach out afterwards if we discovered any issues. I've never had a mover care that much about our happiness and you can't put a dollar amount on the highest level of service Luis provides. The best, most stress-free move we have ever had! If you want direct communication with an honest, respectful and responsive owner, who also shows up on your actual move date to not only manage but also to physical move your stuff, then look no further than Luis and Moscoso Moving.

After we negotiated a price, a day for the move and I explained to him that I had to plan plane tickets and transporting my car arrangements all around the move out date- he cancelled an hour after finally sending me paperwork. Dedicated, reliable service…read more I am so grateful to have been referred to Best Air. From the moment Fabio and his crew arrived to check the AC system, they strove to ensure the service was thorough, never rushing (in fact, they were here almost all day) and took time to walk me through each step of the work they were doing. In the past, other companies I have hired presented me with laundry lists of additional services or items to do during their visit, each hiking up the cost more and more. The Best Air crew never ran up costs with unwanted services and even conducted follow up visits to check on the system ensuring quality of service. The attention to detail they offer is one of a kind. They will be my one and only service provider from this point forward.
