Both times spoke to managers who said they would take care of it. Last pick up my can was on it's side and recyclable material was halfway down my driveway. I've stopped calling them and complaining at this point and looking for a new provider. They bought out county waste and their guys were much more respectful. Never throw the can around and always closed the lid. Pass on these guys if you can.

The crew was fast, efficient and professional and great to work with. I had exercise equipment in the attic (lat machine, leverage benches, NordicTrack non-motor treadmills) and they took them apart as needed and hauled them out, as well as a lot of weight plates; they took four Jeep tires out of the basement. They also took a ton of miscellaneous household stuff out of my house and out of our neighbor's basement. The cost was very reasonable especially considering that they were hauling away exercise equipment, tires and weight plates.

It's basically a metal scrapyard, which is fine if that's your business, but it's also a junk store, which is great to pick through if you're weird like I am. You will find computer parts, test equipment, etc. The problem is it's just sitting in open sheds so you will have to check it out carefully before you buy. Most of the items in the sheds are quite dirty, and it's scary navigating your way through the narrow aisles. I enjoy the hand-written admonitions on the wall like "Don't steal". Prices are a little high, but I think it's because these guys mostly want to deal in scrap metal. If I lived closer I would probably hang out here way too much.
