After a software update on Samsung Android , was locked out and asked for a unknown password. AT&T could not clear. I was referred to Tech Team. They cleared in 1 hour but charged $80.00 dollars. Would not say they are affordable. read more

Do NOT go here EVER!!! Absolutely awful customer service. The man child behind the counter keeps saying he's "got me" even though he took my phone that was fully functioning with just a cracked screen and made it NOT turn on at all!!! He never replaced the screen and instead broke the phone more!!!! Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! No manager anywhere to be found and when the owner was finally called I was told that it's his day off and we shouldn't be bothering him. No resolution even given!!!! I had to fight just to get the $50 deposit back for a repair they never did and a bigger problem now with the phone!!!!! read more

I have an iPhone XS MAX and my screen broke, so I checked for the best rates in my area (Fairfield) and this is where I decided to go. Very clean store in a nice area, and store owner Awais is just as professional as his business. He was super welcoming, helpful, and gave an in depth, straight forward, easy to understand overview of the process and price. I dropped my phone off, came back in 1 hour and I had a brand new screen. Another cool thing is that they also offer tempered glass for $20 and if it ever breaks you just come back and swap it out. So overall, I was very glad I chose this place especially since it was the first one I visited and they even have a sister store in Orange in which you can have your phones back glass replaced as well. And since both sides of my phone were cracked and I had the front done here, I was offered a discounted price for the back glass at the sister location.
