Gregory was very knowledgeable and polite. He reinstalled windows to erase my virus. Reasonably priced.

I know someone who brought her laptop here to be repaired for water damage. The worker not only couldn't do the job (which in itself would've been fine), but he went on to claim that "I'm the best at this in New Haven. If I can't fix it, then nobody can." Oh really? Well she brought my laptop to another shop... and they fixed it. So much for that! False advertising. Guess the other review here calling him "Mr. Arrogant" was right. On top of that, he asked her to wait until he can find someone to help fix it. Why the hell would she do that? She can find someone else to do it too! Furthermore, I know I probably shouldn't have escalated it to confront him for his claims. But I just couldn't resist. But this was his response to getting called out. He resorted to borderline racial and political comments. Canada is about to become the 51st state..? Wtf does that even mean? LMAO. read more

CCT is an excellent company to get help with computers. I had two laptops that needed help. One just needed a new battery, and the other needed a new part to connect the power. I had my keyboard replaced twice by a well-known computer repair shop in Orange, but it never truly worked. I just wanted to replace it for a third time, but Gregory recommended I work with that place in Orange. He actually became my advocate and contacted the repair shop but I chose to have CCT Repair replace the keyboard. That was the best choice. That other place was not helpful and I doubt they ever replaced the previous keyboard(s). With CCT Repair, I experienced exemplary service... Gregory had my back --- like family! I will never consider another option. If you have a computer repair need and want to feel like you matter, then choose CCT Repair. Certainly a major fan of C.C.T. Repair. I had a BB Q10 from Vodacom in South Afrika that was security wiped - unfortunately in the process it damaged several files of the OS which made the phone a potential brick. BB Link could not restore the file nor could an autoloader software I found on the Internet. I Googled repair services in the New Haven area - Greg's business came up and I gave a call. I had the phone to him by 11:30 AM and 2 hours later he rings saying "come get your phone". I'm thinking no luck. To the contrary - he had the OS re-installed and the phone was humming. Now for a micro SIM chip and I am off and running and all for a very fair price of $ 40. Very professional with a proper invoice and receipt and no payment unless he got it working. Thank you Greg. Much appreciated. Give it a shot folks - you can't go wrong ... read more

Sent an email about getting the charger port on my Galaxy S6 fixed. Was told to come down to the store. My wife brought our two young children down to the store to bring my phone while I was at work. She was told that they would have to also charge for a new screen as well because they had to break the screen to replace the charger port. (repair cost now quoted at over $250) The youtube video linked below shows that the screen does not actually have to be broken to replace the port. This sales tactic shows they are either dishonest about what is needed or are not skilled enough to perform a repair without causing more damage that they will subsequently charger for. Incredibly annoyed by the entire process. Can't speak on if they actually do good work on not but initial experience was not pleasurable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qjcbBdpeTY read more
