I found this guy on Google and felt that I'd help a newbie in the tech arena (His works, not mine), with some business. He took a day and a half to run a 20 minute diagnostic on my machine, wipe windows 10 (which worked fine, tutned on and everything and the pc was always fast), for Windows 7. I humored him because he seemed like he was trying. I get the machine honme after 1 1/2 days, just to find out that it's running incredibly slow. I sent him a text to get this rude reply: "Your computer is older than 12 yrs old. It didn't turn on when you dropped it off and it literally sounded terrible. I charged you $75 to bring it back to life. You dropped off a computer that did not work and I returned it to you working. If You weren't in such a rush I would of did even more for you because you seemed like a nice guy over the phone. I should have charge you at least 175.Don't text me anymore you got your computer back working, and in a way better condition it was dropped in,for dirt cheap. Have a good night! Buyer beware. Not only is this guy a scam artist, but a jerk and he added to my computers problem. He not only actually showed up { I hear many do not}, he came with the hardware to fix what he believed would solve the problem I described. John is a pleasant person who is very knowledgeable. He readily answered all our questions and fixed a few minor problems he observed without being asked. John's prices are reasonable and I could not have been more pleased with the results.
