He did everything remotely and we just discussed my computer issues over the phone while he took over my machine right in front of me. After I got my new machine he helped me transfer a few things and spent a ton of time with me, even after business hours, for a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else!

I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.

I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?

Was having an issues with my AirPods so I made a Genius Bar appointment for 10:10 on a Saturday…read more Very few other customers were in the store at this point and I was immediately helped when I walked in and when I sat at the Genius Bar. The worker who ended up helping me was fantastic. She listened to the issue, immediately checked out some things and told me her opinion and suggestion moving forward. I was a bit worried about purchasing a new case without confirming my AirPods themselves still worked and she completely understood and ran a few tests. Let me know I had a 90 day warranty if something went wrong (looked like things were working). She also went above and beyond, escalating things to the Apple Safety team to try and get me an extended warranty. This took a bit of time and she was incredibly apologetic because unfortunately Apple said no, but I don't blame her, rather the big business that doesn't care about its customers as much. But regardless, I left the store pleased with my AirPods in working order!
