He did everything remotely and we just discussed my computer issues over the phone while he took over my machine right in front of me. The first time I called him about whether my computer could be repaired or I needed a new one, he took over my machine and examined it remotely, spent some time talking to me, and didn't even charge me! After I got my new machine he helped me transfer a few things and spent a ton of time with me, even after business hours, for a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else!

Ryan and William were so patient and knowledgeable they helped me work through the process and showed me how to use the program and also download the media to the flash drive. They were professional and empathetic when dealing with me and my Limited knowledge of computer programs they made it simple. They only charged me $69.00 plus I forgot how to format the flash drive I called them back a week later and they walked me through the process and did not charge me. The only negative is the parking for the store because you need to park behind the building and climb a number of stairs but it is worth the small hassle for the great service I received so if your looking for a good group of techs that care give them a try. I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it.
