They are the most unprofessional service company I can remember working with. Only only are they rude, slow and expensive, when asked to explain their bill they became very aggressive. They would not listen to comments and then told me they wanted cash or they would keep my computer and they did not want a check or credit card, even though told them I was willing to pay the bill, I just needed clarification, which they were never able to do. My mom's laptop wouldn't take a charge anymore, so we took it to Staples who told us that the charging jack needed to be replaced. We brought it to CMC and Frank determined the jack was still good. He took some dust remover and sprayed it into the jack and it was as good as new. He saved my Mom lots of money. He was also very informative in answering my Mom's questions about different types of laptops for when she wants to upgrade in the near future. read more

These guys are THE BEST! I have now had two different MacBook Pro laptops repaired here and they did an amazing job! The first had a broken screen, the cd drive was damaged (as was the case from being in a 100 pound amplifier vs. Mac accident), the keyboard had multiple keys missing and some that didn't work. They did everything and the machine works great! The second had a broken screen, broken trackpad, non functioning keyboard (due t o a windy coffee incident), non functioning cd drive, burnt out battery, faulty motherboard, and more! (I will say that I am not "gentle" on my computers, I expect them to work...and work hard) They did all the work and the computer looks BRAND NEW! Why you ask didn't I just buy new laptops? At over $2500 each, even with all the repairs that needed to be done, CMC made it far more worth it to repair than replace. If you need Mac repairs, these are the guys to see! I work with computers and complex data integration software for a living. Sometimes I just want someone to help me with a computer problem because I do not have the time to find the resolution on my own (honestly its just the worst). The owner of CMC computers is always helpful, I can tell you that (as a person who understands the value of specific computer parts and services) the owner does not rip you off at all. He's very understanding, laid back and even works to beat the prices of your local retailers. It is hard to find a local PC repair shop that isn't scrambling to find ways to get your money (due to an over-saturated market).
