After I installed it I had nothing showing on my display and thought it may be my video card. After two days I got a call from them claiming that the memory slots in my motherboard was damage and they do not replace motherboards. ODD! so I picked it up and was charged $30.94. You know I could just burned that money. I reinstalled my old original memory and VOILA it worked. So did these guys at PCW Computers even tested this. They said the tried it with another memory and the screen came up but stop working. Hmmmm...any, I would conclude is to not to bring your PC to them. Oh by the way, I am writing this review with the computer they claimed that don't work.

Brought my Ipad in to have the glass replaced. The Ipad worked perfectly, except for the shattered screen. The company said it would take two days and the cost was $70. They had it for over a week, and it costs $164. They told me when I picked it up at the wifi would not work and it appeared to be water damage. I told them the wifi worked when I dropped it off, and it had never been near water. Why would I have the glass repaired in a broken iPad???? I spent hours on the phone with them and they kept saying 'well....I wasn't the one who repaired it..." Could never talk to a manager. They ultimately refunded me $70 of the $164 and now I have a broken Ipad. Learned the hard way... Stay away!!!

Tod analyzed the hardware, filled out the paperwork, and explained everything as he was doing it. I asked about data recovery (which would have been about $150 at Geeksquad) and he said he could do it for $65 OR he could send me a link to buy the recovery device myself on Amazon for $30. I was in and out quickly and for far less than I would have paid anywhere else. It also didn't hurt that he was possibly the most pleasant person I've ever met.

The system works pretty good but if your computer crashes the software will not reload and it is hell to get going again. We have lost days worth of time punches trying to get it going. You would think a company would stand behind its products. I know we do but not this company. You call them for help and all they do is ask you for money. I have 5 valid licenses with this company and that seems to be worth less to them cause all they want to do is make me pay $100 a year for support, per license. So $500 a year just to support your product. Ridicules! Now the most recent problem is our install CD is a 3 hour drive from my shop at another shop and we need it to reinstall. So I called their customer service line and as usual I got their awful customer service demanding more money for any help. I'd be surprised if they stay in business long.
