He did everything remotely and we just discussed my computer issues over the phone while he took over my machine right in front of me. The first time I called him about whether my computer could be repaired or I needed a new one, he took over my machine and examined it remotely, spent some time talking to me, and didn't even charge me! After I got my new machine he helped me transfer a few things and spent a ton of time with me, even after business hours, for a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else!

You can't get better care or service, and I'm talking about skill, personal touch, and price -- the whole package. Here's my most recent experience: I have a MacBook with a dead screen. I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?

I would like to share my experience I had with Transform Technology in Cheshire. I wanted to…read moretransfer about 60 of our old VHS tapes to a digital file so I could download them to a flash drive and give them to our adult children. Ryan and William were so patient and knowledgeable they helped me work through the process and showed me how to use the program and also download the media to the flash drive. They were professional and empathetic when dealing with me and my Limited knowledge of computer programs they made it simple. They only charged me $69.00 plus I forgot how to format the flash drive I called them back a week later and they walked me through the process and did not charge me. The only negative is the parking for the store because you need to park behind the building and climb a number of stairs but it is worth the small hassle for the great service I received so if your looking for a good group of techs that care give them a try. I had an old labtop that my dog decided to kick and nearly break into pieces. I then purchased a new one, but was really apprehensive of moving all of my old files from one cpu to the next. I brought my computer here and Scott did a great job in a few days and for a very reasonable price. If I have any other computers to bring to him I will. He was professional, curtouss, and reliable. He immediately notified me when it was done and my new computer has everything in the exact same place as they were saved on my old one. I highly recommend him to anybody with any computer repair/updates that you need.

Places like these can be a treasure land for mechanics but it's also a gamble because you may or…read moremay not find what you need. The yard size is quite decent with a variety of cars, trucks, and SUV's. I'd say there are probably 100-200 vehicles in there. The only problem is these so called "mechanics" that work in the place tell you they have the part you're looking, but when you get there they don't and you don't find that out until after you've paid an entrance fee into the yard. And it sucks even more if you had to drive several hours from another state just to get there to get ripped off =/ But it's a junk yard so I guess even the inventory system is a piece of junk Moral of the yelp: don't go to junk yards that are two, three states over just to waste your time and money. but for instate residents it's definitely worth a shot for the small fee

Description and picture they advertised was clear as day but was a total misrepresentation of what they sent me. Tried to get an RMA # to return the item but was unsuccessful. Left several messages but never a call back. I have a part that's useless to me but they have their $$. I can only hope that I can save someone else from the same mistake.
