It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. Lenovo has a history of taking there time sending the part to fix my computer as I had broken it once before (so you can see why I purchased a warranty). Even after an almost three month wait when they finally received the part, the computer was un-fixable. The lovely woman I spoke to over the phone said that she convinced Lenovo to send me a new computer to uphold the warranty to assure great customer service. I was speechless and I can't thank them enough!!! I appreciated it greatly as I was out of options going back to school as a student without being able to afford a working laptop.
