While the other stores provided me insultingly low prices for my Macbook, i-Compupro was the only store that offered a reasonable price. I took my older computer in and was told that the info on my old computer would be transferred to the new one. I asked for windows 10 as that was the system on my old computer. The new computer would be "just like the old one." That's what I was told. NOT TRUE. The new computer uses windows11 and nothing looks or works like the old one. BEWARE if you are a techie that's ok but if you are an older user, like myself, it has cost hours of failure and frustration. Now I have to pay someone to straighten out the mess. Eric, is a very good person to speak with. He is polite and approachable. It's clear that he is there for your best interest and he is willing to listen to your computer needs and how he can be of better service. he helped me with my computer laptop twice as the power button stopped working correctly. I would recommend picking his brains and asking all/any questions you have in advance so he can use his acknowledge to stir you in the right direction. I brought my PC in due to wifi issues, and found them on Yelp (just moved to the area. Turns out all I needed was an antenna. When I first when in to pick up the machine, I asked to try it out in the shop before I paid and left (been there before). Wasn't fixed. So I had to return later; they told me it was viruses (I run AVG and malwarebytes regularly; didn't buy it). They charged me $120 for fixing the viruses and a $10 antenna. If I could give them zero stars I would. Buyer beware!!! I had a computer issue and I stopped in. I ended up buying a refurbished i5 Lenovo instead of fixing my other issue. I was assured it was only 6 months old and barely used. I brought it home and it had all sorts of issues. Slow and errors with rebooting. I used it 3 times over a few weeks. Less than a month after purchase I tried to return it. Owner would only give me 50%. I was willing to take a small loss and chalk it up to a learning experience, but I suspect he's run this scam a few times. I could have taken my broken computer and left or taken what he offered. I took his offer - a mistake I know - but I hope you don't make the same one as me. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache and probably a few bucks at the same time. read more

Honest and straightforward service. I brought in a mac pro to have the processors swapped out and everything was done properly and I've been enjoying it since. I went in today with a problem with the screen on my laptop and he diagnosed it quickly and was able to provide an estimate on the spot. I have nothing but good things to say. I would probably have given 4 stars but the one star review couldn't have been farther from the truth so I wish I could write a dozen reviews to get rid of that. read more

I don't think this place is even worthy of one star. They sold me a refurbished laptop that they told me was brand new. They asked for $800. Seven months later, my laptop died on me! I paid $800 for a laptop for a refurbished laptop that actually costs at most $480. read more

My laptop CRASHED!!!! I was so worried that it was toast. The staff gave me an estimate for the cost of recovery. In spite of the fact that they worked so much harder and longer than initially thought, they honored the price they estimated when I dropped off my laptop.
