The new computer would be "just like the old one." That's what I was told. NOT TRUE. The new computer uses windows11 and nothing looks or works like the old one. BEWARE if you are a techie that's ok but if you are an older user, like myself, it has cost hours of failure and frustration. Now I have to pay someone to straighten out the mess. When he finally got my last message last week and read my 1-star review he acknowledged that he had never received my voice mails. Today he came to my home and fixed my computer to the extent that he could. He will come to "clean it up" next week.
