He answered all my questions in a professional and experienced manner. He described what options I had in terms of wiring and recommended the best area(s) to place the security monitor. Avner was also the first person who provided a quick written estimate that included the brand name of the merchandise he was planning to use. Grace called later to inquire if I had any more questions about the installation. The price quoted was affordable and within the range I had been quoted by other companies. Based on the quality of customer service I had received thus far, I hired them to complete the job. Avner and Hugo exceeded my expectations on the day of service. Hugo worked tirelessly all day to install the required wiring and cameras. It was very important to me that the wires would not be all over the place as I had seen on many security cameras' websites. Hugo DID NOT disappoint. He surveyed the areas where the cameras were to be placed, and contemplated the best way to install them with a minimal use of wires and be inconspicuous. Avner connected the monitor to the DVR and explained its use in layman's terms. Hugo was very accommodating and would not leave until we were 100 % satisfied with the installation. Moreover, the cameras that were installed provided a clear crisp picture. I find the Security Camera NY was very efficient and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. A year's warranty on labor and parts, free training and support is included in the price. TLDR: One star for an abysmal mounting experience. One star for Shawn trying to make it right. I wanted to get two TVs mounted in my brownstone apartment. One in a "workout" room and one in the living room. They started in the workout room. They asked if I wanted the TV high for workouts. I said no. They said "ok, we'll confirm height with you before we mount it." They didn't, and they had to remount it lower after I saw how high it was. I now have two plainly visible extra holes in my wall above the TV. For the living room, we settled on a TV height before installation. During the installation they asked if there's a hardware store nearby because they need to pick something up. Only later did I realize they needed to pick up spackle for the wall because they made a height mistake AGAIN. There were now several additional holes in my living room wall because they incorrectly drilled for a second time. Bad enough, but it seems they were trying to get away with an incognito patch job that I had to discover myself (this time behind the tv) When I brought it up, the installation team was apologetic and instructed me to contact Shawn to make it right. Shawn provided a discount for installation for 50% (which I had to ask for from a more meager offered discount). To be honest I don't think I should have to pay anything now that I have several extra holes in my brownstone walls that I need to spackle, sand, and paint. My TVs do seem secure and level however. I'm hoping this was an isolated "freak" experience. But I do feel obligated to write this review as I used Yelp to find Blue Falcon in the first place.

They were able to set up a time that would fit my schedule; they diagnosed my computer in less than 24 hours-- with their diagnosis they helped me find out what the problem was regarding my PC.
