Just had some work done by STT and it went great. Things i liked: Pretty much everything. Karim was very responsive, super friendly, and quoted the work would take 4 hours and guess what it took exactly 4 hours. The install was clean and they swept up the work area after they were done. Things that can be improved: I would have appreciated a wall plate vs just a small (it's a very small hole) hole in the wall behind the TV. This probably should have been mentioned by me in the first place. To potential customers: My experience was very good and I would not hesitate to call them back. All wires hidden. During our move we lost screws, bolts, fasteners. No Problem, he has everything needed. One bracket was not ideal for the install.
