Karim was easy to work with, reliable and delivered a great system at a great price. He was the only one who I met with who didn't try to over sell me. He figured out how to set up my system to my TV so I didn't need to add another screen. He also stayed and troubleshot a settings issue so that it was working perfectly. Now I have the ease of mind of security cameras as well as not over spending or feeling taken advantage of. I highly recommend working with Karim. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Karim throughout the scheduling and installation process. He was extremely thorough and an overall pleasure to work with on top of the great work that he did installing our security system. Karim went above and beyond by taking the time to explain to me why placement of certain cameras made sense in certain locations, and he also took the time to teach me how to use the system and even troubleshoot and answer my handful of questions. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Karim and I couldn't recommend him or this company enough!!!! Thank you again, Karim !!! read more

My ooold bell was pressed too hard and was fubar. Since I needed a new bell, I decided to get a Ring bell. Good to have with the increasing crime in the area. Went to Best Buy, purchased new bell. Now, to find someone to install it. Hellooo, Yelp! Of the other companies I'd received estimates from, STT had the best communication, professionalism and was reasonably priced. Karim was great. He's kind, skillful and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. The estimate provided was reasonable ($175). The day of the appointment, Karim arrived a few minutes early but, check this out...! He was going to wait until the time of the appointment to let me know he was there. How courteous! When I noticed him standing outside, I welcomed him. He inspected the old bell, the area of installation and the new Ring bell, briefly explained all that needed to be done and got to work. In under an hour, all was done. No muss, no fuss. I love my new bell, installed to perfection by Karim. I know I'll be using Secure Touch again in the future. If i could hit 'em with more than 5 stars here, I would. Great experience all around. Karim and Secure Touch Technologies, many thanks and continued success!!!!! read more

This company did a great job installing a video doorbell with monitor screen for my elderly mom. She was unable to reach the peephole and we didn't want her climbing on a stool to try to see who was at the door, or worse yet, opening the door without seeing who is out there. Karim was very patient and answered all our questions by phone and text. I felt immediately confident in his skill level, expertise and professionalism. He came out right on schedule and spent as much time as it took to get everything working properly on both the monitor screen and the cell phone. It is all wired into electricity so no need to charge anything. Mom is very happy with the way it turned out and we are all happy that she is safer at home now. Thank you Karim and SecureTouch! I would definitely recommend this company! read more

They did an excellent job a couple years ago installing five 4k security dome cameras. We had no hesitancy to hire them again when we needed a video doorbell installed . Professional, quick and a job well done. Highly recommend him! read more

I was having my basement gutted and asked Secure Touch Tech to do camera installation and run ethernet while the walls were open. Karim responded quickly, gave me a reasonable quote, and made an extra visit prior to work beginning to make sure everything we discussed was correct. I appreciate him being flexible with scheduling because I changed the installation date 3 times last minute due to delays with my contractor. The work was done professionally, cleanly and I'm overall happy with the result. During the install Karim was friendly and I could see that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the result. read more

Karim was quick to respond and quick to arrive for the transfer of a flatscreen TV from one wall and mounting it to another wall in my apartment. His work was efficient and solid. He was really friendly, considerate, engaging and positive. I shopped around and the price was indeed reasonable. I'd absolutely recommend him for home installation work! read more

Just had some work done by STT and it went great. Things i liked: Pretty much everything. Karim was very responsive, super friendly, and quoted the work would take 4 hours and guess what it took exactly 4 hours. The install was clean and they swept up the work area after they were done. Things that can be improved: I would have appreciated a wall plate vs just a small (it's a very small hole) hole in the wall behind the TV. This probably should have been mentioned by me in the first place. To potential customers: My experience was very good and I would not hesitate to call them back. There was nothing that I did not like about my experience. They came when they said they would, they left when they said they would and everything works EXACTLY the way they said they would. Glad I found this company on Yelp. We communicated through texts and they responded very fast. I was able to schedule a time slot the next day. They arrived on time and the whole installation of tv mounting took about 20mins, super clean and fast. Plus, it's the best pricing I found, unbeatable. read more

I've had the pleasure of working directly with Secure Touch Technologies on a project for a client of mine who is located on the East Coast. My company is located in Los Angeles and one of my customers was opening a new restaurant in Long Island City. I was tasked with finding onsite hands who could handle installing the core physical network and an IP based CCTV system. The entire team was very helpful to accommodate my timelines and scheduling. I would most definitely hire them again in the future for my other build outs. Thank you! read more

I called Karim from Secure Touch Technologies after reading positive reviews on Yelp, and seeing all the photos documenting his work. He showed up exactly when he said he would and gave a fair estimate. I needed a 65' smart TV mounted on the wall, and a 5-speaker surround sound system installed, along with a couple of gaming systems (XBox & Switch). He did top-quality work, was polite, professional, and honest. Most of the wiring was done through the basement and floor/walls minimizing holes and wires. After the TV and surround sound speaker system was set up, he stayed to answer all my questions as we tested all the features. I highly recommend Secure Touch Technologies! read more

Yep, I'm with all the other super-happy reviewers! I had an old security system (actually 3 different systems with wired cameras, a wired video doorbell and separate alarm system) that I never used and it was time for an update. Over 6 months ago, I had a bunch of different alarm guys give me quotes -- all not listening, all selling me stuff I didn't need, all such con men that I gave up. Came back to it in the last month and finally found Karim (thank you Yelpers). He actually listened to me and suggested reasonable options based on my needs, my budget and what he thought was useful. Arrived early for every appointment, worked through unexpected issues (old wiring, etc.) and made it work without charging me anything extra. Even refused my cash tip. This guy is a prince, and I can wholeheartedly recommend him. read more

I have gone through 4 previous security camera companies in the past ten years. Today's experience and overall service put everyone else to shame. Karim was the nicest and most knowledgeable of everyone that came before him. After today's visit all my cameras were up and optimized to perform better than the day I had them installed. Honestly he even directed me to a better camera software free package. I can't recommend Secure Touch Technologies & Karim over there. A+++ read more

Leo was on time, polite and professional and did the job (mounting a TV on my bedroom wall) very quickly and perfectly. He was highly responsive over the Yelp app and via text on the day of the job. He even offered to help set up the TV after it was plugged in. I highly recommend him! read more

I usually don't write reviews because it's tedious and I'm lazy but I felt compelled by the exemplary service I received by Secure Touch Technologies. I requested a free quote from Secure Touch Technologies (STT) to install a home security system. STT drove over to my house and gave a reasonable quote as to the cost of installation. They never pressured me after the initial appointment to use their services which is something I appreciated. Unlike other companies on Yelp that requires you to buy their home surveillance system to do the installation, STT was happy to install one that I purchased on my own. They were punctual and worked diligently and efficiently. STT was very professional and didn't leave until the installation was completed. They worked tirelessly and took just one single break during the ENTIRE day. Installation was very clean and meticulously done. I couldn't be happier and will use them in the future for all wiring or security needs. Thank you Secure Touch Technologies!! read more

Awesome work by Karim and his team! I contacted Karim on yelp based on the great reviews. Karim responded rather quickly with a reasonable quote and I made an appointment to get my entire home wired for Ethernet and Coaxial in every room and to install 8 security cameras outdoors. I didn't have to explain much as Karim knew exactly what needed to get done. The work was completed as scheduled and to my satisfaction. I contacted Karim a second time and purchased 2 65 inch LG TVs from him, which he also mounted on the wall for me. Again the work was done neatly and as promised. I highly recommend STT, and will gladly do business with Karim in the future. read more

Wonderful service. Karim got back to us when we called him immediately with a fair and accurate estimate and has proven to be reliable and honest. We have used his company now twice, once for an existing alarm upgrade and servicing when my former company would not do it ( because it wasn't worth it for them!) and then another time to install exterior cameras and 24 hr video surveillance and add them into the existing system. I recommend him highly. read more

STT came over today to correct a poor installation job done by the contractors who originally installed my whole house audio system. I had them relocate equipment from my living room down to the basement level. The job took a little less than a day. They were affordable, friendly and professional. They listened to all of my concerns and explained exactly what would and would not be possible given my situation. They then executed everything perfectly, staying true to the estimated cost. Left the place perfectly clean. Couldn't be happier. read more

Karim and Ali were amazing to work with. They were able to accommodate a last minute booking as I was very particular about the day I needed the work done. They showed up on time, were courteous, professional and a real pleasure to work with. They ran Cat6 across our office ceilings and mounted all of our access point. The wiring was pristine and barely visible and the access points were mounted correctly and neatly. I will use Karim and his team for all future wiring and other technology needs and would recommend his service to anyone. Thanks Karim! read more

Karim is fantastic ! He showed up right on time and he worked really fast and efficiently with installing my hanging pot rack, leveling a piece of large furniture that was on a sloped floor and he hung a large framed piece of art and it all took less than 1 hour. He brought everything that was needed and was polite and professional. Highly recommend and would use again for future handyman needs which I'm sure are going to arise in my new apt. Thank you Karim! read more

Had Karim and his crew install a series of residential video surveillance cameras outside my home. He made us part of the process from beginning to end, explaining everything about the proper angles, height and spacing and sought our input every step of the way. No complaints at all. Very flexible with my moving schedule and after 3 changes on my part, he came at 9:00 am on a Sunday. Had to install TV's on Walls. Concrete, Brick...no problem. All wires hidden. During our move we lost screws, bolts, fasteners. No Problem, he has everything needed. One bracket was not ideal for the install. No problem Karim had a spare just for such an emergency. If you want to get electronics installed with No Problems, definitely contact Karim read more

I had the pleasure of using Karim for what was probably a very simple task. My receiver seemed to be on its last legs or so I thought. Karim came round and reset my complete tv system, and it now works better than it ever did. I'm not very technical but he was patient, thorough and clear. He advised me that I might need a new receiver before too ping but he didn't force this on me and seemed to understand that making do with what I have is his goal as well. Couldn't be happier with his approach to fixing the problem and his standard of customer service. Would hire him again in an instant. read more

Karim was a pleasure to work with. Not only was the price right, but the job was done right along with great customer service. I truly do recommend him to anyone looking for camera, networking, or other technology projects. Thank you! read more

Karim gave me a great security camera system. I'm glad I relied on his knowledge and experience with the cameras (quality cameras that are designed to last for years and provide great picture quality, even at a distance) and 8-channel DVR instead of trying to source them myself and having him install them. Karim supplied and installed HD cameras with nightvision that give me a high quality images day or night. The programs he installed on my computer and iPhone let me watch in real time or view saved footage remotely. I showed the system to the contractor who set up my home computer network and he was impressed with the picture quality and said Karim did the right thing by wiring it (vs. wifi). Karim recommended camera placement to ensure the best coverage and ran wires as needed. As installed, the cameras are unobtrusive and look good. Karim was a pleasure to work with and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the proposal, installation and end product. I am very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him. read more
