This company did a great job installing a video doorbell with monitor screen for my elderly mom. She was unable to reach the peephole and we didn't want her climbing on a stool to try to see who was at the door, or worse yet, opening the door without seeing who is out there. Just had some work done by STT and it went great. Things i liked: Pretty much everything. Karim was very responsive, super friendly, and quoted the work would take 4 hours and guess what it took exactly 4 hours. The install was clean and they swept up the work area after they were done. Things that can be improved: I would have appreciated a wall plate vs just a small (it's a very small hole) hole in the wall behind the TV. This probably should have been mentioned by me in the first place. To potential customers: My experience was very good and I would not hesitate to call them back.
