They never disappoint! This is my second time using their service, very professional at a reasonable price. The whole process took less than an hour, not only did he install the TV, but also suggested a good setup with soundbar and many connected devices. Can't go wrong with them! Will for sure call them again next time I move. read more

Highly recommend Brooklyn TV guys. The mounted my new 50 inch TV last week and it looks great. They are efficient and have a competitive price especially when compared to Best Buy or Amazon. Hi, I needed 2 50 inch TVs mounted. I found this business on Yelp. I requested a quote and Andre responded. He was very open to answering my questions and very patient. He gave me the pricing and we set-up an appointment date and time. He confirmed the appointment with me before hand and also called an hour earlier on the installation date to confirm again and let me know they were on their way. My appointment was for 11am. They arrived before 11 (which I knew they would from the call earlier). Two men arrived (with mask on). Very respectful, kind, informative and again patient. They mounted two TV in less than an hour. They worked proficiently, quickly, expertly and cleanly. Made sure TVs were secure and demonstrated how to move them on the mount and fixed them to my liking (I'm in a wheelchair and can't reach the TVs) . Our transaction was done with no problems and they left. Unfortunately, 10 minutes later I tried to change the channel and hdmi on my fire tv to my cable. Didn't work. Tried a few more things. Didn't work. Called Andre and explained what was happening and he said ok, we'll swing back around in about 15 minutes. He was here. He than walked me through step by step on how to change between my fire tv and my cable. He was again very patient, understanding and made sure I had it down. I can't say enough about the very satisfying experience with this company. Thank you Brooklyn TV Guys. Thank you Andre. There no doubts about recommending them. I have already. This is one of the TVs mounted with a full motion mount. I chose not to have the cords hidden, I should've. read more

These guys did a great job mounting our Samsung Frame TV and hiding the cables behind the wall. Andre is very professional and definitely one of the most pleasant people I've worked with. His work despite being very fast is astonishingly meticulous. He brings you the wall mounts and shelves if you don't have them and even does same day last minuets appointments sometimes. Andrey was great. Totally professional, cleaned up after installation, etc. But the best thing was that he made me feel confident about the mounting height! I was agonizing over this for two days, and he discussed the options with me and made a recommendation. It's perfect! Also, he recommended a different bracket than the one I had purchased, increasing the safety (I have a 2-year old grandson) and saving me $100! read more

My husband reached out one evening to get a quote and within no time we had a response. They came out at 7:30pm the next day and had two TVs mounted in less than 30 mins. Professional, quick, great work! Thank you! read more

I highly recommend Andrey and Dennis. Andrey was quick to respond to my email inquiry - writing back within minutes. Though we had originally planned for a Saturday installation, Andrey texted me on Friday after an existing appointment had canceled. The new time worked perfectly and Andrey was over in an hour to mount my TV. They were careful and respectful of the space, careful to keep any drywall dust from falling onto my rug. Overall, the installation took only 25 minutes, and I could not be happier with the job. Will be using them again for my sound bar mounting and wire concealing! Price is also very reasonable! read more

Today I had the Brooklyn TV guys install a 65 inch curved Samsung TV. They arrived on time and got right to work. They even removed my old tv and mount from the wall. The process was super quick and efficient and they cleaned up the area as well. Overall was such a great experience and a great price and even went over the features of my new tv with me. Really nice well mannered guys and I highly recommend to anyone needing TV installation. I definitely will be using them again in the future. read more

I had such a pleasant experience from the initial inquiry for a quote to the finishing touches of the installation of my monitor. I found Brooklyn TV Guys on Yelp and read all of their wonderful reviews that I would first start with a quote. I initially requested a quote and received an immediate response from Andrey. He was extremely helpful and nice on the phone. He gave me my quote and was able to come and install my monitor the same day! We scheduled a time of 5:30 PM and he arrived precisely on time. I showed him the monitor and where it would need to be installed. He also brought two different brackets to wall mount my monitor. He chose the best one so, if I wanted to switch to a larger monitor it would withstand the weight. Up to 1000lbs! I highly recommend using Brooklyn TV Guys. I had a wonderful experience as far as customer service goes. But, to top it off the work was done efficiently and flawlessly. The cost was only $140 for the bracket and the wall mount installation! I'm extremely happy I found Brooklyn TV Guys and I will definitely use them again! read more

Full motion tv mount installed in 20 mins???!!!!! I did not know that was possible but Andre of the Brooklyn Tv Guys showed us different. We just moved into our apartment (with 2 babies) and were in process of getting things in somewhat order. One of my main focuses were getting things off the floor, which included a 50". First place to shop for mount and install was Best Buy. Yea....300$ is what they quoted us AND about 90 to 120 mins of our time...wait theres more....a whopping 90 DAY WARRANTY!!! SOUNDS LIKE A LOAD OF BEAUTIFUL DUN!!! :/ no thanks. Quick search landed us with Brooklyn Tv Guys. 99$ for full motion install AND they saved us bucks by using their mount...70$...AND a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! NOW THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!! Andre started at our door at 8.01pm was out by 8.19pm (yes i clocked). He was in, cleaned up and out. Satisfied and will use again! read more

Andrey was knowledgeable and efficient when installing my new TV. He was polite and answered all my questions. He came with all the tools needed and did an amazing job. Solid service. I booked a tv mounting appointment here on Yelp with Andrey. He was quick to respond, and happily swung by our new apartment the next day to mount our 55" tv, sound bar, and run/conceal all our device cables. His work was efficient and exact, he made sure everything was the way we wanted it, and he left no mess at all. He even gave us some new HDMI cables because ours were a bit too short when running through his installed conduit. Will definitely call these guys again if I have another TV to mount read more

Great service at very reasonable prices. Quite polite as well. Made sure all my concerns and questions were seen to. Highly recommended!

Had these guys come 2x to mount tv's over brick fireplace. They're fantastic. Quick. Efficient. And cost effective. Great work.

Just had Andrey mount our TV on the wall and was really pleased with the professionalism, speed of installation, and end result. Apparently our Sony Bravia requires special screws (which we didn't have), and he went to get them at no extra charge. He recommended a good height for the TV since I had no idea what was optimal. At the end, he cleaned up the dust from the mounting. Thanks so much, Andrey! read more

Andrey did a great job. I had him remove my old TV off the wall and replace it with a new one. My mount was 10 years old and he even had different screws to make the bracket work with my new TV. I was impressed!! Total professional and helped me make sure all my streaming channels were set up and gave me a tutorial. Plus, he was super fast. A+ service. read more

I emailed Andrey at 12PM, and heard back from him within minutes. He and Alex were here at 5:30, and my TV was mounted on a swivel, with sound bar, (which I had purchased myself,) and it was all done by the time dinner was done. They did a terrific job hiding the wires as well. These guys were courteous, kind, careful, and their price was very fair. Highly recommend!!! And now, to watch some TV... read more

I contacted Brooklyn TV Guys on Christmas Day. Not only did Andrey get back to me within a couple hours--he was able to install the TV the next day! Andrey was extremely professional and super prepared. I'd purchased the wrong bracket and he was able to provide an alternative on the spot saving me $60.
