I have a 6 camera system about a year old and was having difficulty as the main system would show blurry video in the small windows but was clear when double clicked to the large screen. Also, it stopped working on my IVMS-4500 app on my smartphone. I contacted the people who installed the system but was told that there wasn't anything more they could other than haveme install a new app because the IVMS was obsolete. While that is true it doesn't mean you still can't use it. The new app was far inferior to the IVMS, sadly as it froze a lot and was very pixelated, even at the HD setting. So, I opted to look for someone else and came across City Smart. I called them and Andrew was here the very next available business day. He showed up and within a half hour I was up and running to perfection. No more pixelated videos or stream freezing and my IVMS is back online. My phone app went out I called them and they were kind and respectful enough to guide me step by step over the phone! No Charge and I got it back up and running!
