So, when I called and scheduled one, I usually expect the worse and hope for the best, but the moment Thomas showed up and knew exactly what to do and what I wanted done, I was pleasantly surprised. The job he did was amazing and my Son is so happy now that his gaming and TV and electronics that are all networked together are working perfectly. As an added bonus, Thomas worked on a networking issue on my computer and all within one hour, he created a great working system. The job was perfect and I delayed this review so I could see how the work fared over time and I'm happy to say that everything is still perfect after a couple of months. I would recommend Thomas to anyone who needs anything electrical done. I plan on having him back soon for more work and I even gave him a little extra payment over what he asked for, because I was so happy with the work. Thanks, Thomas!

Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. I strongly reccomend Immersion Audio, Technoconsious and Tamas Gabor for all your electrical and communications needs.

Super professional and knowledgeable in all low voltage electrical like smart home connections and syncing everything up with Alexa, making my home wifi super fast! I am so happy I came across Wire Ninjas on Yelp. José just seems like a cool human. We did a lot in my new construction home. Connected and mounted a bunch of new tvs included a Samsung Frame above my fireplace. It's an involved process. Definitely leave it to the professionals. Sped up my wifi, no longer needing the crappy Verizon equipment. Set up exterior Ring flood light cameras, helped me set up my Ring doorbell and Smart lock. Now we are working on putting dimmers almost everywhere with smart switches that connect with Alexa. Total game changer! Excellent service and professionalism. I felt comfortable and trusted them to do their thing while I ran some errands and picked up my kids from school. Call Wire Ninjas! Upgrade your home. It's a worthy investment you won't regret. Very fair pricing.

Second, they were incredibly helpful. If I had a request, they wouldn't hesitate to accommodate me. They spent a good 10 hours here installing four cameras and wouldn't leave until it was perfect. Alex then installed and gave us a mini course on how to use all of the associated apps and programs for viewing the cameras. Their knowledge of the devices, electronics is incredible and it shows. What should have been a simple NVR replacement turned into a three-month ordeal filled with delays, cancellations, and a complete lack of accountability. Over the course of this project, there were three scheduled appointments--each one canceled or missed--with little to no notice. On top of that, I sent more than 10 follow-up emails just trying to get basic updates, most of which were either ignored or responded to with vague, non-committal answers. There seems to be a serious breakdown in communication and organization within this company. A straightforward job should not require this level of persistence from a customer. At no point did I feel like my time was respected or that my business was valued. If you're looking for reliability, responsiveness, or even basic professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been a complete waste of time and energy.
