On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher. Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. The repair involved a sliding door lock by an Italian manufacturer rarely used here in the states. They are not easy to reach for information, and their products are not easy to find or service. They are quite busy and were up front about the amount of time it would take before they could look at my amp (about 4-6 weeks), but I was not in any hurry, so I left a deposit and my amp. I gave them a call about a month later, they had already taken a look and were sourcing parts for the repair. They called about 1 week later and explained in detail what they had found. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and my amp is now back home and sounds great. Its great having a place like this in the area, they have my highest recommendation!
