And…read moreI come to find out I called them on Thursday just to understand why there is no transparency at all or communication coming from them. They answered and the person who picked up the phone let me know that the technician is still working on it and I asked for an update and they said they will give you a call back. A few hours pass and they finally call me and a person named Omar is on the phone now which is probably the technician working on my laptop. He was trying to get a hold of me Tuesday because I apparently gave them the wrong password for the laptop and he ended up dialing the wrong number because he said he called me and I didn't see any recent calls. So going forward, I asked him if he wanted to meet tomorrow at 3pm and thats what we did. I got there a little earlier just to make sure I was there before the technician and met him at the door. The person that works there alone is a pretty anxious and quiet person so bare with them, they are a real good help and very understanding too. When Omar arrived he went to go get my laptop and tell me what's wrong with it, he let me know about all the issues going on and the repair will be around 300-400 dollars, which isn't too bad because I feel like if I went anywhere else they would've costed me an arm and a leg. Overall the rating went up and a truly recommend these guys because I told Omar I need my laptop by the 24th and he said he will try his best to prioritize my laptop more which I really appreciate. When this problem was going on I had my Mom in the hospital.
