I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.

They were communicative and helpful while they had it, and let me know that they couldn't replicate the issue, likely chalking it up to debris in the fans they were happy to clean out. Since there wasn't a problem they said no charge, but also notified me of a different issue they encountered while working. They explained the issue and the risks it did (and didn't!) pose (and importantly didn't try to sell it as an issue I had to imminently fix immediately!). They explained what would be needed for a fix and a cost estimate, and two days later (one of which was just waiting for a part to arrive) I now have my repaired and fully functional laptop for exactly the estimated price. I could not find a replacement online, or from the toy manufacturer. I stopped into Batteries Plus, and the employee told me he had the battery, but not one with a unique plastic top with the terminal wires. He then said he could make one up for me. Since the top was super glued on. He broke off the side pieces on this cover and re-glued the top to the new battery. The employee was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in doing this. He also went above and beyond in giving me great customer service.
