I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?

I didn't have to lug my computer into his shop, or have him come to me. He did everything remotely and we just discussed my computer issues over the phone while he took over my machine right in front of me. The first time I called him about whether my computer could be repaired or I needed a new one, he took over my machine and examined it remotely, spent some time talking to me, and didn't even charge me! After I got my new machine he helped me transfer a few things and spent a ton of time with me, even after business hours, for a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else!

Rest assured if you send your laptop, computer or device to South Hawk, it will return to you in much better condition than it was received in, and at a good price point. We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. He told me he thought it was the right one, but should have double checked. I drove 45 minutes away for this cord only to be lied to. This guy is horrible and will waste your time.
