Ryan and William were so patient and knowledgeable they helped me work through the process and showed me how to use the program and also download the media to the flash drive. They were professional and empathetic when dealing with me and my Limited knowledge of computer programs they made it simple. They only charged me $69.00 plus I forgot how to format the flash drive I called them back a week later and they walked me through the process and did not charge me. The only negative is the parking for the store because you need to park behind the building and climb a number of stairs but it is worth the small hassle for the great service I received so if your looking for a good group of techs that care give them a try. I was in and out quickly and for far less than I would have paid anywhere else. It also didn't hurt that he was possibly the most pleasant person I've ever met.
