My husband, our little one and I stopped into iZeek today after reading all of the fantastic reviews here. We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Sometimes you have to be careful with the reviews. Not all the reviews are real.They actually rip you off. They are really expensive. The repair charge for the product is more than the product actual price. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They charge $60 only for checking your product. read more

They charged me full price and they put a cheap screen on my Phone, it does not work correctly, the phone blocked the screen for not being an original part for two weeks and still after several months the screen locks and zooms, I have to turn off and on the phone several times a day, for this kind of repairs you lose the warranty and devalue the phones. I also put in an expensive Glass Screen protector and it was so thin that it broke on its own without taking a hit. My recommendation not to make repairs in this place. $ 160 thrown in the trash and a devalued phone. read more

So my phone's screen was broken. It was Ok. Livable. But an email arrives from Amazon indicating that they are in the business of changing screens now. We use Amazon a lot, so I signed up. For $99 they would come to my home and fix it. On the scheduled day the guy was a few hours late. After he showed up, he took about an hour to replace the screen. Then he took off. The screen was replaced, but upon checking the functions, the Touch ID was toast - not working. Home button works but Touch ID will not - a message pops up that Touch ID is not working. After some back and forth, Amazon refunded the repair fees, but Touch ID still does not work. A week or so goes by, I drop the phone. Nothing seem broken, but Home Button now is not working at all. I can see the screen, but cannot log in as Home Button is not responding to anything. And we are 2 days away from a vacation. I am thinking that I need the whole new iPhone. "!$$$!" is what is going through my mind. I looked around for a local place and found iZeek. It was snowing so I called ahead to see if they are opened. Indeed they were. I stopped by. The guy is there. Nice, polite. Went straight into the phone. Seemed very confident and clearly knew what he was doing. Opened it up, looked around. What he found is that somewhere along the way the Amazon guy broke some tethering from the motherboard to the Home Button, disabling the Touch ID function - never mentioned a word to me. Further, the Amazon guy did not put all the screws back, leaving the home button loose. So with a loose home button, when I dropped the phone, the cables disconnected. So now iZeek guy quickly connected it back, put the screws back, bringing life back to my beloved iPhone. I ask "How much?". He goes: "nothing". Nothing! How nice is this place? I offered to buy something. He goes "only if you need it". I am looking around trying to figure out what hidden camera show I am on: He fixed my phone and is so nice that he does not want my money - for him it was a very quick exercise. I walked out thinking that I need to go break my phone only so that I can come back and get them to fix it again, for money this time. What a great place! what a great guy! read more

I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. He had me Bring my laptop in and did some updates and a bunch of cleanup, and now its running Like practically new!! $100 bucks for a repair vs. $1000 for a new Mac? Thank you!! The two guys who work here were always very friendly and helpful the few times I was back in after my phone for my laptop. I am never one to write reviews but after today's experience I have to take the time and do so. I called IZeek and told them I needed my screen on my iPhone 7 fixed the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and gave me all the information I needed. I went to the Milford location and the staff there was very pleasant to speak with looked at my phone and told me how much it would cost to fix it which was a reasonable rate. He told me it would take 15-20 minutes which that was fine with me. It literally took the guy 10 minutes to do and put on a screen protector too. Fixed my cracked screen on my iPhone 6s in 15 min. $170. Apple Store would've saved me $25 but def not as fast and easy.

I think this individual is so sarcastic in dealing with customer. Actually I went there for minor repair. Instead of providing solution and cost of repair. He goes on to say you need new motherboard and cost $ 200. What I actually need to know whether speaker port and fan port to be fix by soldering or not. I just explained how I came to broke my port while disassembling and cleaning my CPU and GPU. I think in my view he is not professional enough to interact with the customer. read more

I'm one of the few who have a Blackbury and I love it and will keep it as long as possible. Recently, I broke the screen of it because I neglected to get a protective cover for it. I was devastated and could not find anyone who knew how to repair it. On my way to a client in Hamden, I was lucky enough to see a sign for iZeek. I broke my screen for the first time since ever owning a smartphone. I looked around and found iZeek. Read the reviews and was impressed. Went down to have them replace my iPhone 8 plus front screen. Whole process took around 15-20 minutes. Everything seemed fine until I got back to work. The screen quality is terrible, colors were washed out. I thought it was a setting I had to turn on in my iPhone but nope. Its a very sub par screen. I have no been having multiple issues with the screen being unresponsive, missing keystrokes or putting wrong letters into messages. More recently the phone goes into a black screen. The power is still on but I cant see anything on the screen. I try to press the screen, push the buttons to get it to respond. It does not, it will eventually be normal if I set it down. Also auto brightness doesn't work even with the setting. Actually the phones brightness is terrible, normally it is set to mid and I can see fine but on the new screen its still dark. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the quality and construction of my screen. I am not sure if some was missed when he reconnected the screen but I have tried to contact him via email/text and left a message with no response. If you need the screen repaired, check the work after and follow up. The screen I got is not only either defective or just a terrible aftermarket one. I mean I think the screen bought in bulk ends up being around $20-25 so making 75 per 15 minutes is pretty good. Just wish it didn't mess up my phone currently. (Update 4/9) Took my phone to Apple and they ran a diagnostic on it. Light Sensor Malfunction and when it ran the touch screen test, there were several areas that where white, the phone should show all blue. Meaning that the display is not reading the touches. Not sure if it was missed connections when he put the phone back together or what. I know prior to bringing it in, I had no issues with the touch areas or the sensor issue. Still has not returned call or email regarding the work. read more

I took it to these guys the next morning on a lark (thinking I was handing them a brick) and they were just fantastic.
