Battery replacement took a half hour. He charged the list price from a website, less 10%. One drawback: the office is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Such a great asset to have, this service! It's so clutch to have a reliable device repair shop owned and operated by a local family business with such a knowledgeable and skilled technician. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. He had me Bring my laptop in and did some updates and a bunch of cleanup, and now its running Like practically new!! $100 bucks for a repair vs. $1000 for a new Mac? Thank you!! The two guys who work here were always very friendly and helpful the few times I was back in after my phone for my laptop. I have since recommend here to my mother-in-law when she broke her phone and she was very happy with them as well! I would definitely use them again!

I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.
