I am not normally one to write business reviews, but I felt it was important to write this one. I…read morewas experiencing an issue with my MacBook Pro laptop. The battery was not holding a charge. I brought it into AAT for an opinion and it was determined that the battery had reached the end of it's useful life. They offered me three choices of battery from economy to best. I chose the best option as I have loved the laptop, I bring it on all my travels and it functions flawlessly. During the repair, it was discovered that the battery management module had failed. The repair took longer because they needed to order a module and replace it to make sure the problem was completely repaired. I understood and waited for the repair to be completed. When the repair was finished, I went to pick up the laptop expecting to have to pay, at a minimum, for the needed part. I was told that there would be NO CHARGE! I actually tried really hard to at least pay for the part, but they said NO, it is covered under the battery repair and that it was their policy to cover the issue. I was shocked, but happy at the same time. It is rare in today's business world to see a business stand up to their work where it would have been very easy to give me a bill and say, sorry it's your laptop and your problem. They did not!! When I returned home and began daily use of the laptop, I discovered another problem with the power/battery operation. The laptop would only turn on from a powered off situation, if the charger was plugged in. I returned it to them and they fixed that problem.....once again, without a charge! AAT was more than fair with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs you will need. I would give them 10 stars, but Yelp only goes as high as 5.

I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. He had me Bring my laptop in and did some updates and a bunch of cleanup, and now its running Like practically new!! $100 bucks for a repair vs. $1000 for a new Mac? Thank you!! The two guys who work here were always very friendly and helpful the few times I was back in after my phone for my laptop. We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. There's no damage on it and he told me that I am not allowed to come down there kept sending me lol messages after ignoring me for two days . I then sent him a demand letter in email asking for a refund of my money since he sold me a screen that is life time warranty and glitched out less than a month later and he is refusing to refund me or follow his warranty he replied to me saying lol very unprofessional and horrible service don't use him !!! We were helped by Jenn S. who was patient and answered all of our questions. I worked for VZW for 5 years, so I was able to use a lot of my experience to sort of break down to Jenn quickly and easily what we wanted. Jenn understood what we were asking and didn't try to upsell us - nor did she try to undersell us. She didn't dwell on the T&C or minute details that we were already aware of but she did make sure to point a few key things out, which was very helpful. We shared with her some of our concerns and she was able to address them directly. We wanted to upgrade to the unlimited everything plan and add a fourth line for my brother in NC but weren't sure how to go about it without having to come back another day. She offered to active my mom's now-old phone on a "new" line and add my brother on so he could just go into a local store and port his number back to VZW. We'll see how the bill looks but as long as everything is as it should be, I will sing this woman's praises. She was the perfect sales rep for our needs.
