I brought it into AAT for an opinion and it was determined that the battery had reached the end of it's useful life. They offered me three choices of battery from economy to best. I chose the best option as I have loved the laptop, I bring it on all my travels and it functions flawlessly. During the repair, it was discovered that the battery management module had failed. The repair took longer because they needed to order a module and replace it to make sure the problem was completely repaired. I understood and waited for the repair to be completed. When the repair was finished, I went to pick up the laptop expecting to have to pay, at a minimum, for the needed part. I was told that there would be NO CHARGE! I actually tried really hard to at least pay for the part, but they said NO, it is covered under the battery repair and that it was their policy to cover the issue. I was shocked, but happy at the same time. It is rare in today's business world to see a business stand up to their work where it would have been very easy to give me a bill and say, sorry it's your laptop and your problem. They did not!! When I returned home and began daily use of the laptop, I discovered another problem with the power/battery operation. The laptop would only turn on from a powered off situation, if the charger was plugged in. I returned it to them and they fixed that problem.....once again, without a charge! AAT was more than fair with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs you will need. I would give them 10 stars, but Yelp only goes as high as 5.

We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. I told him AGAIN that the plan he kept talking to me about was not the plan I wanted. I wanted the most "affordable" plan they have. I told him to please redo the paperwork to reflect the plan that I told him I wanted over ten times and to take out the tablet and other crap he added that i didn't want. He told me he would not do it for the plan I wanted. This is predatory behavior and I would not recommend anyone come to Verizon. He obviously wanted to make a sale and only cared about the sale and what he needed as an employee. He did not care for me at all as a customer or my needs. He understood exactly what I was asking for and what I wanted. But he decided to ignore me and my needs as a customer so that he could meet his goals. Imagine what he does to elder people or those not knowledgeable with this type of behavior or those who don't pay attention. NOT OKAY!!
