I am not normally one to write business reviews, but I felt it was important to write this one. I…read morewas experiencing an issue with my MacBook Pro laptop. The battery was not holding a charge. I brought it into AAT for an opinion and it was determined that the battery had reached the end of it's useful life. They offered me three choices of battery from economy to best. I chose the best option as I have loved the laptop, I bring it on all my travels and it functions flawlessly. During the repair, it was discovered that the battery management module had failed. The repair took longer because they needed to order a module and replace it to make sure the problem was completely repaired. I understood and waited for the repair to be completed. When the repair was finished, I went to pick up the laptop expecting to have to pay, at a minimum, for the needed part. I was told that there would be NO CHARGE! I actually tried really hard to at least pay for the part, but they said NO, it is covered under the battery repair and that it was their policy to cover the issue. I was shocked, but happy at the same time. It is rare in today's business world to see a business stand up to their work where it would have been very easy to give me a bill and say, sorry it's your laptop and your problem. They did not!! When I returned home and began daily use of the laptop, I discovered another problem with the power/battery operation. The laptop would only turn on from a powered off situation, if the charger was plugged in. I returned it to them and they fixed that problem.....once again, without a charge! AAT was more than fair with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs you will need. I would give them 10 stars, but Yelp only goes as high as 5.

Went there on a Saturday and gave the Iranian owner named Majdi my Iphone to fix a cracked screen. End up paying $95 for the "mid" quality screen after he tried to hustle me into paying more. When I went to pick it the phone, he says he put in a screen but the new screen was also SHATTERED but will get a new one on Monday...he says to pay him now (I know, dumb move). After giving me the runaround for days, I go down thurs and he tells me to make an appointment for Friday at 3:30. On Fri at 3:35 he texts me that my appointment is rescheduled for 5:30. I text him that Im done with him giving me the runaround and want a refund in which he says fine. When I drive all the way down there to get a refund, he's all pissed off saying he had a bad day and tells me hes not refunding me unless he gets the shattered screen back. I refused to let this shady MF touch my phone again. I offer to bring the screen back after I get it fixed elsewhere but nope he's not doing it. I got beat for $95 but if I could save a few people from this happening to them its all worth it. Be extremely careful what you give this guy and like I said do not pay cash. I lost thousands of previous photos, info and dozens of contacts. Supposedly no way to get this stuff back. My screen stopped working. Couldn't do anything on my phone. Couldn't look at anything on my phone nor make calls. I was dead in the water for a couple of days. I went to a verizon store and they were the ones who reset my phone by mistake. Yeah that's a hard one to swallow for me. I'll be remembering that one for quite some time. I digress, so later this same rainy day last week on the day of Halloween I went to this store for help. I am still amazed at what they did. First of all, I didn't get anything back on my phone but I've been able to access it and use it once again. Secondly these guys are done serious techno wizards. They just happen to have a samsung galaxy S9 that has a minor screen issue that they wound be able to install and get me going for least amount of money out of pocket. Or they could order a brand new one and have it the following day. Well, as many of us know it's difficult to do things without our phones these days. And how quickly i found out for the first time in my life. I've never experienced anything like this. I hadn't realized how much easier they make things for us. For even the simplest thing of using an app on your phone to do your banking vs. going in through the website. I opted for them to switch that S9 slightly blemished screen onto mine. Yeah, you can stop laughing now. No, seriously, stop laughing. Ahaha, it's OK, I'm also laughing at how old my phone is. 7 years I've had this baby. I'll be changing to a brand new one this week. So then you can stop laughing. The store is an average small store like in most malls. Easy in and out by the I Hop entrance and then right next to T Mobile. They had me in and out with a screen in under a half hour. Wam, bang boom. These guys really are an amazing bunch of people. I asked the main guy I dealt with because I wanted to give him a shout out but he declined me using his name. I of course respected his privacy and am leaving it out. But this store deserves your business and respect. They do a fantastic job. They know what they're doing and they're not blowing smoke up your hind quarter saying this and that. They tell you what they can do for you or can't with a possible other option. They give your the price and let you decide. No high pressure tactics or anything like that. Their prices are reasonable too. Just as important as their work. Like I said, I'm a true believer in these places now when I used to think they were hacks. Not by a long shot. They're respectable people working hard to gain your trust and your business and the do it with humility. Absolutely amazing quality work from you guys. Thank you for getting me back up and running. I had One Touch Repair replace my iphone SE screen and battery while I was visiting CT on vacation. Then the new screen failed 1 week later after arriving home (out of state), and the battery now discharges faster than the old battery that needed replacement. Was told before leaving the store, that they warranty their work. When I called, was accused of dropping the phone, (was working with a cracked screen BEFORE I brought in), no transfer to support. Told the repair must be approved by the owner (???) Must be so under capitalized, they can't afford repairs. Called for follow up, explained urgency told that the owner hasn't responded, can't be bothered again with repeated calls. WTF. Have to pay local repair place to attempt a fix. How they stay open is beyond me, can't last.
