It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. They then proceed to tell me that the repair will be done on Friday. I call back on monday and said it will be done on Saturday. Finally got the text, saying it will be shipped out next day air. Let's see what the repair is like. Since I haven't received the phone back yet. This would be first time fix for a Samsung phone. I've used them with a laptop and got similar experience. I didn't have to lug my computer into his shop, or have him come to me. He did everything remotely and we just discussed my computer issues over the phone while he took over my machine right in front of me. The first time I called him about whether my computer could be repaired or I needed a new one, he took over my machine and examined it remotely, spent some time talking to me, and didn't even charge me! After I got my new machine he helped me transfer a few things and spent a ton of time with me, even after business hours, for a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else!
