I stopped into Batteries Plus, and the employee told me he had the battery, but not one with a unique plastic top with the terminal wires. He then said he could make one up for me. Since the top was super glued on. He broke off the side pieces on this cover and re-glued the top to the new battery. The employee was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in doing this. He also went above and beyond in giving me great customer service.

One restocking fee was quoted twice and then charged a higher amount when the phone is returned. Sales person was not that knowledgeable and needed assistance frequently. Legitimate, corporate Verizons are located in Milford and North Haven. They are helpful, professional, and have free or more reasonable prices. This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing!
