My sons phone that was fixed a few weeks ago (for the 2nd time because the first glitched but had a small crack ) so he made me pay $100 more on top of the $200 already paid . I sent him a message that my phone was glitching not a singular crack not dropped and he continued to tell me that the phone was damaged. I said I will come down and I will show you it. There's no damage on it and he told me that I am not allowed to come down there kept sending me lol messages after ignoring me for two days . I then sent him a demand letter in email asking for a refund of my money since he sold me a screen that is life time warranty and glitched out less than a month later and he is refusing to refund me or follow his warranty he replied to me saying lol very unprofessional and horrible service don't use him !!! I have filed a police report and have my attorney working on this , I am a single mother who is disabled and being taken advantage of by someone is so sad.
