Worst customer service at this location. Asked sales associate for help to purchase a large item. They never sent anyone to lift it. Had to struggle and do it ourselves. Sales associates texting on their phones instead of helping customers. They were rude and did not yo help anyone. read more

Popped in today to request something that sort of about dated now or USB to USB cable received excellent customer service right away from two male representatives and the value was in line with what I would pay and probably any other location except for Amazon. The store was clean. It was light and airy and I think you would enjoy doing your business in there or making your copies or picking up whatever you need. read more

I have lost two days of work organizing the disaster Staples printing people did!! I paid for copies of different account statements of four years. The months were incomplete, double copies, mixed up and bad done. Then, when I try to figure out the missing months..everything is mixed!! Statements that I had organized by month, mixed, incomplete etc!!! I am in disbelief! These people had only one job, make simple copies! They charged me for double month copies and poorly done job..I am done with these people..I am writting this review so you know ..don't go there!!! read more

This is the 3rd time I've come in and been swept away with such wonderful service. I have recieved service at both the print/ copy shop and the front of the store. Casey helped me October 23, I think she is the marketing manager. She was wonderful. I went early in the morning, someone was already with her. She was able to multi talk and help us both. She also told me I could leave my usps packages I was mailing there and saved me a trip to the post office! I'm so appreciative. I know there was also a man name Justin who provided great customer service & a student in the copy section tall this twisted hair, I can't remember his name. Five stars. It's been a while since I have been by there but I like their new renovations. The office/school supplies are the same but now they way they cash you out is more streamlined and efficient. The place seemed to be brighter as well. Bottomline if you need supplies their is no place better than to come here. Personally I prefer to get the Staples brand because it is a lot cheaper but you have your choice on whatever you need. read more

I'm standing in here right now and some guy asked me if I needed help, halfway through our business he walked away and I've been standing here for ten minutes. He got called away by "managers" who need every employee in the store in one corner gangbanging a printer it looks like. Who the hell made these people managers? Employees Charlie and Zakai are literally the only employees who give a shit and are working twice as hard as they have to because these idiot managers couldn't manage pushing a blind man over. I drove two hours to this location today to purchase a twic card for my work. When I was helped at the TSA booth, the man asked me why I needed a card, not that it was any of his business, but that I needed it for work. He then tried to tell me as if it isn't my job to know that I in fact, do not need this for my job. He also refused to use my birth certificate, because there was not the date that it had been printed on the birth certificate. I then called my local Townhall and the TSA number, and they all told me it was not a requirement. I told him this, and he still did not take it. Not to mention this man was insanely rude, not to me, but the other people around me. I then drove another hour and a half to another staples location where they took my drivers license and used my Birth certificate without any issues at all. I don't know this man's name, but I think he was the rudest person I've come in contact with in the public before. read more

I went in here with the significant other in search of some photo paper. An upcoming deadline had us in a bind and we were willing to pay what ever needed to be paid. We strolled in, noticed the paper section, and picked up a few packs of high end Epson paper. Price was about fare, marked at around $12 or so a pack. Grabbed a couple and headed up to the register, where the cashier proceeded to ring them up at $2 each. Maybe it was some unadvertised sale, maybe there was an error in pricing, who knows (or cares really), but we ran, not walked, back to the shelf and cleaned them out. Store was clean, staff seemed competent, and parking was ample (although slightly awkward with the layout). Going here is now infinitely more exciting, knowing that I may be walking out paying a fraction of what I should be. read more

I went to this Staples to buy a new laptop. I have learned that for me it's much better to do the entire transaction in person and Staples also will handle software installation and file transfer (for a very very reasonable fee) - something I not only hate doing myself but would have struggled through. This is the worst place for customer service. I had an order due on a day. I go to pick up. Not ready. The few copies they made 15 out of 200 were folded like a child folded them. I had to get a manager to rectify the situation and even then it was a fight. So rude and dismissive. I wish I would have looked at reviews and had gone to Office Depot. read more
