The young man at the copy counter/USPS helped me immensely. He did everything from printing my return label to boxing up my return. He was just so helpful I wouldn't hesitate to go there again! read more

Staples - Inside the store - Printing Services Near Me - Fairfield, Connecticut

Popped in today to request something that sort of about dated now or USB to USB cable received excellent customer service right away from two male representatives and the value was in line with what I would pay and probably any other location except for Amazon. The store was clean. It was light and airy and I think you would enjoy doing your business in there or making your copies or picking up whatever you need. read more

Worst customer service at this location. Asked sales associate for help to purchase a large item. They never sent anyone to lift it. Had to struggle and do it ourselves. Sales associates texting on their phones instead of helping customers. They were rude and did not yo help anyone. read more

They never answer the phone even when they are not busy. I have walked in the store with my phone in my hand just calling them and there phone is just ringing and the staff is just hanging out talking to each other not doing what they're supposed to do very unprofessional read more

I have lost two days of work organizing the disaster Staples printing people did!! I paid for copies of different account statements of four years. The months were incomplete, double copies, mixed up and bad done. Then, when I try to figure out the missing months..everything is mixed!! Statements that I had organized by month, mixed, incomplete etc!!! I am in disbelief! These people had only one job, make simple copies! They charged me for double month copies and poorly done job..I am done with these people..I am writting this review so you know ..don't go there!!! read more

This is the 3rd time I've come in and been swept away with such wonderful service. I have recieved service at both the print/ copy shop and the front of the store. Casey helped me October 23, I think she is the marketing manager. She was wonderful. I went early in the morning, someone was already with her. She was able to multi talk and help us both. She also told me I could leave my usps packages I was mailing there and saved me a trip to the post office! I'm so appreciative. I know there was also a man name Justin who provided great customer service & a student in the copy section tall this twisted hair, I can't remember his name. Five stars. Keep up the great work! read more

It's been a while since I have been by there but I like their new renovations. The office/school supplies are the same but now they way they cash you out is more streamlined and efficient. The place seemed to be brighter as well. Bottomline if you need supplies their is no place better than to come here. Personally I prefer to get the Staples brand because it is a lot cheaper but you have your choice on whatever you need. read more

Sadly after four times of my copy job not being right or ready I'm calling it quits on this place. Poorly run I will never come back again. One star for the employees who are at least nice. I feel sorry for them. read more

They are so short staffed that it is unbelievable. However big shout outs to Josh who is a one man show over there. Thank you for getting my father's obituaries printed out. read more

Printing needed some business card quick ordered online very easy- called staples took 40 minutes to get a live person to make sure they had my order that was scheduled to be ready by 8:30 pm they confirmed they had the order Went to pick it up and they were clueless now they are rushing through my order to get it done while I wait Now they said there was a problem with my art which was fine when I proofed it Employee was nicest professional ever but experience was frustrating read more

I love these people at staples! I have been working on a wedding for my sister in law and have been in this store more times then I want to admit! The workers in the printing department are great, very helpful, patient, great customer service! read more

Customer service at this location is the worse. On hold for 30 minutes, disconnected and called back. Was told that he was called up to the register to cover for someone's lunch. Then hung up on me with out answering my question. So unprofessional and rude. read more

These people are ridiculous. If someone says they don't want to purchase a warranty after the 4th time of saying no, there's no need for the coworker to jump in and ask for a 5th time. Also don't go to try to print the machines are always not working. read more

I'm standing in here right now and some guy asked me if I needed help, halfway through our business he walked away and I've been standing here for ten minutes. He got called away by "managers" who need every employee in the store in one corner gangbanging a printer it looks like. Who the hell made these people managers? Employees Charlie and Zakai are literally the only employees who give a shit and are working twice as hard as they have to because these idiot managers couldn't manage pushing a blind man over. Make Charlie and Zakai managers and watch this place improve I guarantee it. read more

Stopped in on a Sunday to get 6 documents printed and staff was super slow and distracted. Took almost an hour to get the job done. So disappointed. read more

High prices, low service. Perfect way to get a 1 start rating. If I could do -4 stars I would. This place is a disaster! The store managers couldn't care less about their customers. I could list all the reasons, but why? Why make your visit to an office supply store any worse than it already is? Please don't give them your business. read more

I drove two hours to this location today to purchase a twic card for my work. When I was helped at the TSA booth, the man asked me why I needed a card, not that it was any of his business, but that I needed it for work. He then tried to tell me as if it isn't my job to know that I in fact, do not need this for my job. He also refused to use my birth certificate, because there was not the date that it had been printed on the birth certificate. I then called my local Townhall and the TSA number, and they all told me it was not a requirement. I told him this, and he still did not take it. Not to mention this man was insanely rude, not to me, but the other people around me. I then drove another hour and a half to another staples location where they took my drivers license and used my Birth certificate without any issues at all. I don't know this man's name, but I think he was the rudest person I've come in contact with in the public before. read more

I went in here with the significant other in search of some photo paper. An upcoming deadline had us in a bind and we were willing to pay what ever needed to be paid. We strolled in, noticed the paper section, and picked up a few packs of high end Epson paper. Price was about fare, marked at around $12 or so a pack. Grabbed a couple and headed up to the register, where the cashier proceeded to ring them up at $2 each. Maybe it was some unadvertised sale, maybe there was an error in pricing, who knows (or cares really), but we ran, not walked, back to the shelf and cleaned them out. Store was clean, staff seemed competent, and parking was ample (although slightly awkward with the layout). Going here is now infinitely more exciting, knowing that I may be walking out paying a fraction of what I should be. read more

Typical staples store. I have never used their printing or copier services, so I can't comment. In regards to office supplies, they are always well stocked. Plenty of parking right out front of their entrance. Right off the highway. read more

Staples - Storefront - Printing Services Near Me - Fairfield, Connecticut

Extremely helpful with printing and folding for my business. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I definitely recommend Staples as a printing service. read more

I went to this Staples to buy a new laptop. I have learned that for me it's much better to do the entire transaction in person and Staples also will handle software installation and file transfer (for a very very reasonable fee) - something I not only hate doing myself but would have struggled through. Jason was fabulous in helping me get the right laptop as well as just a super nice person. No headaches for me and I am very pleased with the results - laptop, software and installation. Thank you, Jason read more

This is the worst place for customer service. I had an order due on a day. I go to pick up. Not ready. The few copies they made 15 out of 200 were folded like a child folded them. I had to get a manager to rectify the situation and even then it was a fight. So rude and dismissive. I wish I would have looked at reviews and had gone to Office Depot. read more

I hate this staples. 1) Their printing machines are always broken 2) The staff can never print anything in the spot because large jobs are always in progress 3) It the the most inconvenient and non dependable store. ABSOLUTE HORRID read more

This location is pretty bad.. No one ever picks up the phone. Sad you have to drive over to speak with a staff of people who look at like you have two heads and our clueless to answer questions. The manager should be replaced or re-trained and put on probation. If their that desperate. read more

They are so rude. I asked a worker to help me, she ignored me and walked behind the counter. I walked up to the counter to let her know what I printed came out on blue paper. The worker says oh I forgot to take it out. You're have to wait with an attitude. read more

Going back a 3rd time! The printer was broken for 3 days so I waited to get my xmas cards. The quality of the print is awful. The reprint was marginally better. Going back today for a 3rd time because I was given 50 envelopes for my 75 cards. read more

The employees here are helpful and friendly, but that's about the only thing this store has going for it. Prices are too high and the print center doesn't answer the phone. Go to Fedex in Fairfield if you want anything printed. read more

Terrible Service! Printers are slow and they charge you to sit there and wait for the papers to print. Spent $10 to Print of 2 Papers?

Horrible customer service . I was told by the employee that he was busy with other things and that he didn't have time to help me print out the documents I needed , seemed as though I was bothering him. Whoever manages this store should really consider training their employees in proper hospitality. That being said I will not be returning . read more
