They want to charge me $265 to "transport" my items from their warehouse in West Haven... onto the loading dock of their warehouse in West Haven. After that they charged us with $2,000 more and when we questioned they said they will never will give back our stuff until this extra charge and the full amount will be paid ahead. We paid and when they moved back our stuff we had most off the boxes damaged, broken outside, open and missing half of the boxes. We are missing a lot of stuff, my husband has several very expensive machines, they lost several ones, they lost chairs, boxes, and several boxes what said -fragile- kitchen items, been damaged, and inside everything was broken, I have no dinner ware, no plates, no glasses, no glass ware remained after moving.
